Success doesn't happen overnight so be prepared for the long haul.
Who said that living in this world would be easy? In order to make it anywhere there will need to be some drive. No one can obtain success on prayer alone. “Prayer and Works.” Yes, someday’s will be filled with lots, and lots of pain but once a person gets to a certain point. There will be less pain as time goes by. Expect the pain and expect to experience adversity.
There’s no limit on determination. Yes, the fatigue will set in, but if one doesn’t stay alert and go for the gold then others will be waiting to grab those opportunities. There will be those long days and nights. No matter how tough things seem. There should never be any thoughts about giving up. Any amount of success acquired can be difficult. We live in a very competitive world and so that means that we’ll need to work extra hard. Putting in the extra work is a great way to elevate a little faster. Of course working a bit harder won’t guarantee that the experience won’t take some time but working a little harder some days could shorten the time. Setting a time frame as to when those goals should be achieved is a great way to stay “determined and motivated.”
The best way to be determined when trying to accomplish certain goals is to have successful people in your circle. Those who are successful can be great inspiration. Just having a group of people who have the same or similar ideas and goals can help one “prosper.” Even if a setback occur. Get back up and proceed.
Having a vision of where to be in the next 5 years will take motivation. It can sometimes be difficult for some to stay motivated because they’re not focused on “the vision.” Visionaries are driven individuals who want to see “prosperity” in whatever area they’re gifted in. Communicating with visionaries can help one develop into the the success they’ve always hoped for. Without motivation and determination one won’t be able to get very far.
The late nights may seem normal after awhile. There will be times of rest but in order to make it here or there. Visionaries have to push and push because there’s people out there are just waiting to take the position. Unfortunately competitiveness can cause people do want to kick the climber in the rear. Simply tossing the visionary out the way. Yes, it’s a doggy dog world, so stay motivated and driven.

You have a point that success will not always be answered through prayers. It helps spiritually for a person to strengthen its determination. It can be combined with prayers and actions towards certain goals in life.
I had seen some people had personal agendas, but deception was so strong to achieve once's success. It doesn't matter if they had destroyed the lives of other people. However, a big blow karma will take its course to them sooner or later.
What is it that makes people successful and I mean really successful compared to you or me? Are they smarter or do they work harder? Are they risk takers or have powerful and influential friends?
How You Think is Everything.
Always be positive. Think Success, not Failure. Beware of a negative environment.
This trait has to be one of the most important in the entire list. Your belief that you can accomplish your goals has to be unwavering. The moment you say to yourself “I can’t…”, then you won’t. I was always given the advice “never say I can’t” and I’d like to strike those words from the dictionary.
I’ve found that from time-to-time my attitude waivers. A mentor of mine once said “it’s ok to visit pity city, but you can’t stay and there comes a time when you need to leave”. Positive things happen to positive people.
2. Decide upon Your True Dreams and Goals: Write down your specific goals and develop a plan to reach them.
Write down my dreams and goals? Develop a plan to reach them? You mean like a project plan? Yes, that’s exactly what this means. You may have heard the old adage: A New Years resolution that isn’t written down is just a dream, and dreams are not goals.
Goals are those concrete, measurable stepping stones of achievement that track your progress towards your dreams. My goal is to start a second career as a freelance writer – what are your goals?
3. Take Action. Goals are nothing without action.
Be like Nike and “Just do it”. I took action by reaching out and started writing. Every day I try to take some action towards my goals. It may be small, but it’s still an action. Have you taken action towards your goals?
4. Never Stop Learning: Go back to school or read books. Get training & acquire skills.
Becoming a life long learner would benefit us all and is something we should instill in our kids. It’s funny that once you’re out of school you realize how enjoyable learning can be. What have you learned today?
5. Be Persistent and Work Hard: Success is a marathon, not a sprint. Never give up.
I think every story of success I read entails long hard hours of work. There is no getting around this and there is no free lunch. But, if you’re working towards something that you’re passionate about, something you love – then is it really work?
