What is your reaction when you are stressed, angry or worried? Do you feel your anger is getting out of control or do you manage to control it with an effective stress management method you practice regularly to improve your skills of anger management? Do you ever try to motivate yourself to do better in your life?

There is another aspect worth mentioning here that if you get tensed easily or not able to increase your self-confidence then you certainly need to do something to improve yourself. You need a life coach to bring positive changes in yourself but look at yourself as there is no better coach than yourself that can bring all the changes you need.

Do not doubt about your ability

Most of us have various questions in our minds before starting a work and that is where the problem begins. If you have doubts about your ability that is indication of low self-confidence and the chances are you will not achieve your desired result. Remove all fears, doubts or insecurity and think whether your fear is genuine or only your assumption or maybe you don’t feel secured for certain unrealistic reasons.

 If that is the case then imagine one of your friends is passing through similar situation and looking for a suggestion from you! How would you solve his problem in such a case? What would you suggest them to do in such a situation? Think about all possibilities and react accordingly.

I suggest you read autobiographies of famous people who suffered and managed coming out of similar situations in their life. They never allowed problems takeover their self-confidence but fought out as hard as they could unless they overcame and achieved their target.

Concentrate on what you consider your favorite niche

We all have certain hobbies and love doing certain things but there is a difference in between hobby and career. If you love listening music or your steps begin tapping on the floor listening music it doesn’t mean that you have potential to make a great musician or dancer but you will have to choose carefully about your future. However, you need not give up your hobbies of dancing or listening to music even if you do not qualify to be a dancer or musician.

Once you are sure about your career choices go all out to achieve your target come what may. Maybe you will have to modify your goals according to necessities but that is part of the life but not a deterring factor. You must know the balancing factor in between your career and hobby and you’re good to go. However, you must be always ready to cross obstacles and never expect for instant success. After all good things take their own time and when they finally happen to you the pleasure is all yours.

Finally, you should live in the company of positive people because they provide you positive energy. You should get rid of all insulting and bad relations that will give you nothing but ill feeling. Never forget appreciating wonderful people in your contact that will help you feel motivated and achieve your targets easily.

    • One true thing to considered in this life is believe in yourself and you will achieve anything you desired. You just have to put some strong determination, perseverance, and passion to be able for you to succeed. Success is long road to travel for those who want to reach its glory. It takes time, to learn, to do the hard work, and failures to encounter, to be the best that you can be that will mold you into a better character. Remember, it is failure, that drives a man to success.

    • Yes you say right that life management is an art just as you can marriage easily but to run the marriage circle is an art. To become a politician is easy but to run the country is an art. Love is easy but to run with beloved is art.

      Most people struggle with balance in their lives and are often stressed when trying to manage all the different areas of life – whether it be your career, business, finances, relationships, health, fitness, family, friends, etc… that’s why it’s imperative to have a system that you can follow so that you can really manage all the areas of your life effectively and make continual progress towards where you want to be.

      To manage life you can act upon these five principles as
      1. Build downtime into your schedule.
      2. Drop activities that sap your time or energy.
      3. Rethink your errands.
      4. Get moving.
      5. Remember that a little relaxation goes a long way.

      Don't assume that you need to make big changes to bring more balance to your life. Brooks recommends setting realistic goals, like leaving the office earlier 1 night per week.

      "Slowly build more activities into your schedule that are important to you," he says. "Maybe you can start by spending an hour a week on your hobby of carpentry, or planning a weekend getaway with your spouse once a year."

    • I am that person who got angry easily when tired or stress.
      For that discussion, I must say it's wonderful. It reminds me how to manage my anger and stress.
