Alertness is Very Important While Being on and Offline

It’s extremely important to obtain plenty of rest in order to be alert. We’re living in times where we must be alert due to high volumes of trickery. Yes. The tricksters come out in hopes to devour their prey. For some they’re having fun but for the prey. There’s the eyebrow going up. Some use trickery for gain. To gain control, power, or whatever they’re seeking. There’s plenty of tricksters online. We’ll come across some with those unreal photos trying to describe some overnight wealth idea.

Oh and don’t be surprised when they fill up the email with annoying hidden words. That’s what they do. Let’s not get started with the social media trickery. Here comes the post from Sally. Look closer and there will be a jab or two within the post. Always trying to prove a person wrong. Just playing around and pretending when they really know the deal. The hidden for sales. Selling what? The pretending but they wish it was real to sale slaves. The posted plantations and all. All apart of the tricks. As if some didn’t recognize what’s taking place. That’s how it is sometimes in cyberspace. The imaginations can run wild but for so many. They wish it was reality. “Some Deserve to be Handled at a Distance” By: Tanikka Paulk. The tricks related to imitating and trying to duplicate another is so outlandish. If only their dreams could come true. Some will never step back into reality. The continuous games go on.

Sometimes the nonsense is sad and troubling. Having to constantly deal with tricksters is quite annoying. That’s why it’s important to take breaks from navigating online. Too much chaos can make a person’s head spin. We may not be able to control a lot of things on and offline but we certainly can find a way to limit stress from such situations.

Taking some time out is necessary. No one wants to deal with the tricksters all of the time. The cynics will be there whether we’re on or offline. Sometimes they’ll keep pushing and making their way in on other platforms just to cause some sort of trouble. In order to generate peace. There must be some distance, avoidance, and limited time spent in chaotic areas.

Spending less time online and more time reflecting can help alleviate some of the tension that’s generated from unhealthy environments. Some platforms are more peaceful of course but no platform deserves all the time. It’s important to pay close attention when engaging in online activities. Perhaps selecting connections with a lot of good qualities would be of some help. Being online should be an enjoyable experience but sometimes we’ll come in contact with some who aren’t happy about having to compete for whatever. Schemes and scams can be in any location.

      Getting lots of sleep is of key importance if you want to come across as switched on and alert. When we sleep we replenish our energy and our body makes repairs around our body – from our muscles to our brain. If you do not sleep then your body will be trying to send you to sleep in your waking hours and in extreme cases you can even end up with dreams forcing their way into your waking life.

      If you are having trouble staying focused when you are supposed to be listening to someone or when you are walking down the street then you need to come up with a reminder to 'wake up'. This can be something simply like a colored band you wear on your wrist –

      every time you see the band, you then remind yourself that you are supposed to be focusing and you can make an effort to snap out of it. Setting an alarm to go off every few minutes is a good way to fix this too.
