Some Are Afraid to Speak Because Of Intimidation

If some are wondering why some refuse to speak out. Well, all they have to do is observe those who speak up about certain issues that are taking place within society, the backlash is enough to silence someone. There’s a whole lot of people that are afraid to speak because there’s always a certain group that will disagree with every movement comes fourth. Those who are being paid by the ones who consider themselves in control will be silent because they’re afraid that their livelihood will be taken away.

Yes, we should speak up about those issues that harm our communities but some will never speak up. For those who do. They’re brave and should be proud of themselves for doing so. It takes a lot of courage to speak about issues that others would be afraid to speak about. Advocating isn’t for everyone. Everyone isn’t positioned to advocate or to use their “voice.” Some have chosen to speak out and suffered because of saying exactly how they feel.

It’s funny how a certain group isn’t allowed to express how they feel and what’s going on in their communities but other groups are allowed to be free to speak and live their lives. There’s some changes but more changes need to occur. African Americans should be allowed to speak, Latinos should be allowed to speak, Caucasians should be allowed to speak and so on. The problem is that a specific group  feels the need to control what can be said, done, and how we live. Not fair.

Instead of the group uniting and allowing others to be expressive. They’ll attack with words. That’s basically the weapon that they’ll use. Words. Once fear is removed. It doesn’t matter what’s said. Those who are in positions to speak out will continue to do so despite the threats, the insults, and the hindering. Any determined person will keep going. No one deserves to be bullied because they refuse to silent. No one should be bullied to make those individuals do more. It’s up to a person and persons whether they want or should do certain things. There’s some who refuse to accept being bullied into stopping or starting something.

There will be things said and a lot of things done. Doesn’t seem fair but we can’t control what some will do.We can choose to stand form and keep going. No amount of attacks can stop someone who is “purposed” to do something. All the words, harassment, and bullying is a waste of time because the one on assignment will continue. Just push their way through  it all and go.

Sometimes some are afraid to hear the truth. Afraid of what can be brought fourth. Afraid to hear that racism and discrimination is alive and the same group of people continue to use racism and discrimination as a form to control others. That’s called slavery. Slavery is no more. There will still be those who are so intimidated by a certain group that they will refuse to allow the group to move up.

    • I have a problem with speaking in public: large crowds intimidate me.this is why I found it hard to sustain a project in front of the class or stuff like that

      • Some are afraid to speak in front of small crowds and large crowds. Once fear is removed. The voice will flow and project what is needed. Everyone has to overcome a fear of something. There's always a way. Be blessed.

    • Thi is a common problem with most of the people as said. They afraid of speaking and afraid to speak as per their thoughts and those who speak will have no thoughts.
It is something like a person without knowledge can fill any number of pages with so many words and a person who is clear in his thoughts will search for words and fail to write a number of pages. He will have a lot of subject on his hand but can not express them in writing.
But we should not consider that somebody is bullying us and it is our fear only which is leading us to wrong conclusions. Once this is fixed in our mind a little practice will make one perfect.
The only fear in my opinion they have is not building up a coherence between their ideas and their expression. That's all.
They generally have a fear of not getting the appropriate words. This makes them feeling inferiority complex for no reason.
The feeling of being intimidated by someone is only a psychological fear that one can overcome very easily through determination and practice.
