Let’s dissociate from all the senses, from the hundreds of surrounding objects and dive into one stream, one existing medium, and one integral world. And let’s talk about Buddhism. No I am not follower of Buddhism, but it is not necessary to be Buddhist, that gets interested in this philosophy. Because the particles of it we can insert into our lives – materialistic, urgent and busy, complex and loaded lives. We can take into account the advises, respond to the teachings of people, that few or several years are living in isolation from others, people, just taking up path to enlightenment, or people who already radiate from so deep that no clear whether from themselves. To see Buddhism alive in people, in their eyes, in their lives. To see that this is not just a philosophy, live in papers, existed in ancient times. It is alive even now.
One of the more important things, which is worth paying attention to is mindfulness, concentration. Continuous focus, as if through meditation, self-sensing, environmental sensing, self-feeling in environment. It is simple – doing something you do only that. If you write article, you are not planning tomorrow’s agenda, do not think of what to produce for dinner, and do not try to keep few more conversations or listen to news on TV. Just focus on what you are doing – writing. And that’s it. Stay focused to act high quality, to act in a meaningful way. This opens up new spaces. And it lets to look otherwise at daily tasks. In such way you do not deplete energy, distance yourself from what is superfluous. You live by sense.
Let’s sympathize. Let’s to share, even if it is not enough for yourself. Try to let go. Of course, it is difficult to let go: people, things, places, activities. Get rid of control, attitudes, and habits. Understand what is the true desire, the need, the feeling and where just a habit to survive the sense. And puzzle out this is not so easy. But it does not have to be easy. Through the challenges comes the wisdom, says Buddhism teachers. And we can make sure if we look into our experiences. Experience teaches. It is important to learn to identify what is most important.

I've always been keen on listening to anybody who supplies wise advice. :)
Hi Fortune,
Thank you for your very interesting and informative blog. Yes, I agree with you with the things you are saying about Buddhism.
I find essential similarity between what our Lord Jesus Christ and Lord Buddha teach or preach about life and how to live it well or how to live life to the fullest or how we should go about our life.
Indeed both the pure teachings of Christianity and Buddhism focus on spirituality. These are two (2) of the most great and valuable Spiritual Tradition ever inherited by mankind.
The things I find interesting in Buddhism is in its focus on the Mind. Not to mention about the Four Noble Truths that Lord Buddha has taught and explained to all of His followers.
I see no reason why the world could not achieve Lasting Peace and the Universal Brotherhood and Sisterhood of Mankind if only the Great Teachings of these two Great Teacher or Great Guru could only be apply to one’s everyday life.
There are so many things in this world that are beyond the material things that life could indeed offer.
There is this spiritual thirst and hunger in every one of us that needs to be satisfied.
For as to paraphrase St. Augustine our soul will indeed have no rest in this world until it rest in God.
