7 Reasons That Proves You Do Not Love Yourself

I know you love yourself, it is quite ridiculous to hate yourself from the first second in the morning up to the end of the day. That is impossible. Maybe you don’t like yourself at a time, but you don’t hate it as well, like 24 hours? How about loving yourself?

How about loving yourself?

Do you really love yourself? Do you really care for your well being? Find below the could be reasons why you less love yourself and hope you realized it.

No to Eating on time.

There are lots of people who eat on time, but there are lots of people who don’t on time as well. They might be out in the road and quite impossible to reach a food unless they have packed from themselves inside their bag. They say that the right time of eating foods are 6 in the morning, 12 in the afternoon and 6 in the evening. If you are lucky, you get to have snacks in between. There are lots of reason why you skip your meals. Maybe you are busy and have priority. Maybe you have different work shifts. Maybe you prioritize sleeping than eating (like me!), yet, if you are skipping meals, it will lead to acidity. You are making the situation hard for your stomach. If you really love yourself, eat on time.

Not Eating the Right Food

What are the right foods? To be honest, for me, the meaning of right food are the foods that I really want to eat. The foods that I crave eating. When it comes to food, the boss is me and me alone. However, there are foods that are unhealthy and could lead us to danger in the future. These are preserved foods or processed foods, fatty foods, foods with high amount of sugar and salt. If you are likely to eat those kinds of food, it can cause some illnesses in the future. Processed foods are unhealthy because of a number of preservatives, fatty foods can cause excessive fats and it can clog blood on our nerves that could cause a stroke. Salty foods can cause kidney problems and sweet foods can cause Diabetes. If we are not learning about the food that we ate, we are really in danger.

Not Sleeping on Time

If you are still a child, 8-10 hours of sleep is good for you. If you are an adult 6-8 hours is quite perfect. However, due to lifestyle, we vary the hours of our sleep. Sometimes we even deprived ourselves of having it completely just do get a job well done. Losing sleep can cause high and low blood pressure. It depends on how fat or slim you are. If you keep on depriving yourself of sleeping, so you will likely to have that kind of problem.

Not Learning from the Mistake you had done

Maybe you are raising your eyebrow, but yes, this one is included. If you really love yourself, you will take note of the mistake you had done from the past and make things possible to do not repeat the same mistakes. Where is the learning when you do it again? However, there are some instances that you need to do it based on different situations but the probability is lesser unless you are not aware. Making the same mistakes makes you not planning ahead or having a different plan for a goal. So much time had wasted if you do it again. If you really love yourself, learn from experience and that experience should be your effective mentor to move on.

Non-stop Worrying

Ahem! That is my reaction. I am the kind of person who worries all the time. However, I have my own reason. I worry because I overthink. I overthink because I need to have another plan. I need to have the solution for the problem that does not exist. I know it is a total waste of time but my reason is to be prepared physically and emotionally. It is helping me so I guess this one varies.

But, worrying is a waste of time. No one will say, “you need to worry because there will be a problem for sure”, it is like preparing yourself to feel something like there is a problem when there is none. Like exactly a role playing? I know it depends on people. To be honest, worrying could lead to stress. Imagine being stress over things that is not happening and imagine what kind of illness you get from stress. Actually, you get all kinds of illness for stressing yourself. I guess we all need to do ourselves a favor.

Not able to Trust and Believe in yourself

Yes, I know you have been through with life. Life is not that good. It only leads you to blame yourself all the time. You also feel you are getting near of giving up. However, life will not be good if you are not doing something that will escape you from the burden you are having right now. Only you could solve your own problem. I will tell you, one problem solved means 100 problems waiting. It is a never ending problem solving. While you are still breathing you need to fight the odds of life. It is not sad all the time, but it is not happy as well, so it is just the balance of something that will lead you to become stronger, every day, even without your knowledge.

Trust and believe in yourself because you are sometimes alone in the battle of life. If you will not do it, how could someone believe in you? Maybe this one is easy to say but very hard to prove, but on the other side, you can really prove something when you trust and believe in yourself. You know yourself, you know that things that you could do, you can work on your weakness and strengthen your strength. You cannot just surrender easily.

Not Giving yourself to take a Risk / Chance.

Maybe you will get lost on the part of “risk”. I do too. With the help of a friend, I finally realized that I was not loving myself before. I hate taking a risk for it is not me. I tried to risk from something else before and I always received a bad news. For that reason I avoid taking a risk, I never find it comfortable. Trying to take a risk stresses me more and I can’t afford to get stress with my health condition.

However, trying out new things will measure your strength. You will know those things that are for you and not. You will know your true self, the person that is inside you, your true soul, your true beings. You will also able to know who your real friends are, who are the people that believe in you, that will stand by you and back you up. You will not know how coward and strong you are. If you found out your coward, you need to work on that because no one is a coward for forever. Life is a battlefield so you need to stop feeling like that and take a risk. In risking, you learn a lot. You learn what to give out and what to give in. You will finally realize what are your true strength.

Learning from taking a risk is truly inspiring because for sure you are not only keeping the story for yourself. You share your experience with people around you. That is what “experience” serves to people. If you love yourself you try to take a risk and learn how to grow because of it, though it is not easy with some people, for sure.

My lists are all came from experienced I had from the past years. I have to admit, there are instances that I want to give up. I did not even realize that giving up with life is one of the reasons why you do not love yourself.

    • I have to say that I have experienced all of the reasons on your list. I worry about everything and do not like to take risks. These are things that are hard to change about yourself so I guess I will just have to be content with them and still love myself for who I am. Great post.

    • I think there are those people who do not love themselves all the time 247. When they look themselves in the mirror that feel like the whole earth would just swallow them alive. And this comes as a result of not loving yourself. There is always something that will make you not love yourself and th3 only way we can achieve this is by accepting who we are and what we ask. That is th3 first step into having a fulfilling life. If you don't accept yourself you can't love yourself. It's always good to give yourself a chance to do something new or challenging. They way it will make you believe in yourself and also love yourself. When you do it and look at the work you have done you feel happy and accomplished.

    • The above mentions captions do not show to love your self. These reveal love your physical being that is perishable later or soon. A lovely and successful life rests on three things: less speak, less, eat and less talk and listen more will lead your life to pleasure paradise.

      I say, love your self, rests on positive thoughts, if you have negative thoughts your life will be full of worries and life organs will receive different diseases and its source will be out negative thought and say our life is full of thoughts.

      If think wrong about someone the same thought he will have in his mind and according to the law of vibration thoughts correspondence to thoughts 24 hours.

      That is why hate breeds hate unknowingly on earth and this thinking changes earthly paradise into hell.

      To lead a happy life make your thought positive it means you love your self of not you are the enemy of your being.

    • How can I be my own enemy? how can I eat preserved canned food? Actually I dont like this type of food but sorry to say some of my friends are busy selling it. So what should I do?

      I agree that if I love myself and believe in myself I will not step back in taking risk in life.

      I should have faith in my potentials and hopefully i will succeed eventually.

    • Most of us experience at least some of the things you outline at some time, but as you get older it is important to realise that self-care is vital and that you are worth the effort. Living alone, I have to be really careful to take care of me and one of the hardest things is to have a proper diet, but this is essential or you go downhill. It is also vital to have an active spiritual life and a great set of friends who admire what you do. We all need other people to remind us how amazing we are and should do the same to them.
