God always want to be apart of our lives even the challenging parts. When we allow him to guide our footsteps and our actions we are less likely to get off track and end up in unfortunate circumstances. The best place for us to be is in the palm of God’s hand and that’s where he wants us. For it is there that we are most safe from all impending danger and is most focused on God’s will for our lives.
When we face dire troubles God will never abandon us. When our life seems to be falling apart he does not retract from our lives. He knows we need him and as such he is always there to help us. He is the one who guides our every step whether we like it or not, whether it brings us joy or not. He never gives up on us, no matter how often we fail. So we must not give up on ourselves. He is our biggest cheerleader and he invites us to grab on to him especially in difficult times. He tells us over and over that he will never forsake us and now it is up to us to believe in him words and act on this belief and step into his open arms.
By following his directions we journey on the right path. Many times this path may seem dark and lonely and we doubt whether to travel it or not. But God gives us his Spirit to leads us so we will not get lost or go the wrong way. God is always directing us and when we stray he sends us guides to bring us back to the right path. He loves us because we are his and he never deserts us. In return we are to be obedient to him and his directions.
God sent us his son as the light to brighten our way so we may see where we are going. Though life will be confusing at times our goal to be disciples of Jesus and children of God remain the same and Jesus provides the footprints for us to follow and keep our goals. Walking with Jesus means remaining in him and in him we have the strength, courage and perseverance to take each step of our journey.

To be baptized means we accept the salvation God has provided for us, that we trust in him and want a new life in him. Being a Christian, a disciple of God, means we want to be different and as such we must be different, for such a lifestyle is a life-altering one and makes life-altering impact on those around us.
