Success in its highest and noblest form calls for peace of mind and enjoyment and happiness which come only to the man who has found the work that he likes best. The man who does not work for the love of work but only for money is not likely to make money nor to find much fun in life. I never did a day’s work in my life. It was all fun. If you want happiness, make sure the ones around you are happy too. You can make someone’s day simply by sending them a little card. I’ve learned that if you pursue happiness, it will elude you. But if you focus on your family, the needs of others, your work, meeting new people, and doing the very best you can, happiness will find you. This is because in doing these you will touch many lives and all things being equal the people you’ve touched their lives will always want to appreciate your good heart.
