Two close relatives experienced heavy theft of Facebook accounts

Two close relatives experienced a heavy theft of the Facebook accounts; one was the intentional fraud by unknown stranger, a person my cousin did not know, and another one was an intentionally stolen account by a person’s husband.
My cousin had to make an account to produce some websites, Facebook pages to make his local business page. He and his family have this nice homemade factory and he was in liking of all the new technology so he was advised by his father who is an owner of the family business to use any possible means to promote their family services.
The whole family is working there, and my cousin has children too, so there are three generations of people on the family estate investing their time in home based business.
So, from this, you could tell this is a serious thing. They live from this and they are very careful to whom they give the keys of their privacy.
So, my cousin got the big green light to make his online profile and to make a good advertising. All our friends and relatives surf and an every phone have a Facebook installed by default in them, so what is the best opportunity to take, but to advertise their business with a nice Facebook page.
But, there is one problem. my cousin is a very secretive and withdrawing guy, he didn’t want to include anyone in his problem. maybe he was a bit ashamed because he always built himself to be of a great importance. Well, not better of others, but I think he was thinking that e expect him to be all knowing and smart, and to know all about technology.

The problem was, that he has no clue about how that thing works. He has a nice smartphone, it is cool, but I never get to see what brand or what type of Android or iPhone it is. In my opinion, it is the lowest Android possible, but it only looks good. It is possible, he never takes it out of the phone covers.
So, instead of asking anyone of us to make him that what he needs, he asked some ‘professional’ online to build it, he will pay, no problem.
But a problem arrived when my cousin tried to open his profile a few days later, he couldn’t. After he uploaded data to what a professional seek for a Facebook page and after he uploaded a few pictures, teh the same professional took a charge over his profile, rerouted his card to some random profile on Facebook and paid game gems with it…
The only good thing about the whole thing was that my cousin had not much money on that card, and he didn’t lose much. After he saw what happened he called his bank and they blocked that card but it was too late.
Next time he made the whole thing on its own and even refuse to tell us what happened, but we get a pretty good idea about it.
