Well I like winters as the season is pleasant. As we like summer and rainy season so should we like winter as it is part of the package. Winter also provides an opportunity for people to cook their choicest heavy meals as lots of fat gets burned in winter and one needs hot and heavy food at this time of the year. It is also a time to go on vacation all over the country as this is the time when tourist traffic picks up.
Winters are also good as you can choose trendy and fashionable clothes which one would find it difficult to wear during the other two seasons. You do have lot of festivals too at this time. One can also hear the sound of the cool breeze coming from the window and covering our body like a cold blanket which makes people run for their woollen clothes, shawls and blankets.
Hmm,. What I love during winter is that I can wear those thick coats of mine, I can wear my lovely boots, and also I don't need to trim my hair every now and then.
One of the worst things about winter is how it gets cold and dark really early. However, this is the best time to stay indoors where it is warm and cosy. You can relax with a great book or entertaining film, knowing that the frosty weather is safely on the opposite side of the window!
Winter food is the best kind of food! Staying inside on a chilly evening calls for hot chocolate and cream, warm apple juice, or copious mugs of tea. Mince pies and other seasonal treats appear in the supermarkets, just begging to be served warm with cream. Winter vegetables can be roasted or turned into steaming bowls of healthy soup and winter fruits can be baked into yummy pies.
