Since my childhood, i have been heavy eater. Although i eat a lot weight has never been a issue when i was young. Does not matter how much i used to eat, i remained thin. Probably one reason could be is that i used to be really active those day, running, jumping around. Just as i neared 18 years, i started putting on weight slowly. Although my body fram remain thin, there was a considerable increase in belly. This really started to worry me. I was neither exercising, neither eating less, nor i was active like i used to be when i was in childhood. One of reason i would like to attribute is because of web developing profession i took on. The profession demands a one to sit hours on end. After all its a job requirement, you could not stay on to profession if you don’t do that. So then i decided, i need to start exercising to really reduce my weight and build up my body. I searched down the exercises and got a few from my parents. Knowing and searching exercises may be an easy task, but doing though definitely is tougher than i thought. But with passing of days, everything started becoming easier. Despite exercising for over a month, my body structure improved but belly size remained the same. Then i found out that, i have not stopped being a heavy eater. That was the reason why despite working out hard, there has no been notable improvement in weight loss. Immediately i decided to shun away snacks and limit the meals i have. Exercise seemed easy but limiting food, i never thought would be so difficult.We eat three times a day. I eat less in the first meal of the day and then pounce on other two. So basically no change. What i do, when i see food on plate i forget every single thing including weight loss. Until now i have been unsuccessful in limiting my food.

im against not having what you like to eat, its really not good thing to deprive yourself, do one thing just know how much you eat more or less and do sport according to it, it really works if you up to it
