My Heart Longs For You, Come To Me
Feel me, I am in your heart and mind
See me I am everywhere as long as you need me
Touch me should you want to shed your tears
Come to me I will always listen to you
For my love for you is real and nothing is fake
You can always rely on me for truth is upon me
Are you in doubt of me?
Have you lost your trust?
Have you gone astray and blame me?
Never think that way for my love for you is pure
You can never see anything that confuses yourself
I am your light when you lost your way
My arms are widespread ready for you
To hug me and show you love me too
You are always safe in my arms in your dreams
And in your waking moment I touch you
To feel for the great morning, for the next day
“ I am the Alpha and the Omega”
Whoever comes to me will have eternal life
I am your Lord you have to praise and rejoice
There is no sadness and problems if you believe me
Out all your trust on me and everything will be fine
That is how I love you my children on earth
Yes, my Lord, we all come to you to hear our plea
To forgive us all our sins
We are sinners in your eyes and still you love us
You said that repentance is the only way
To inherit your Kingdom to have eternal life
Where there is glory in paradise
Pain to feel no more only love and contentment
You told us to come to you to touch you
Oh Lord, yes, we feel your warm as ever love
You told us to look at you and see how you suffer
Yes, you died on the cross to save our sins
You never mind all those thorns crowned by your enemies
Your heart is so soft and we are blessed
For we could have the last chance to be forgiven
Just acceptance of us sinners
That you are the only savior on earth
Humans, so many humans forgetting You
Forgetting they take the breath from you
To enjoy the borrowed life
So many years it would take for man to realize
That you are God, the living God
This day, I come to you
To ask for forgiveness
In this day’s Ask Wednesday, I fail you Lord
I was not there in church to receive the holy ask
So now I kneel before you
To say, I am so sorry, forgive me
I see your tears in blood
Yet I feel your warm hug on me
I praise you and love you my Lord
And every beating of my heart
It’s your name I call. Amen.
