I generally write about positive topics but sometimes I feel that we should know about what crappy things people do in the society. Habit of using drugs is one among those bad things which kills thousands of people every year directly and millions indirectly. Drugs are banned in many countries of the world but it is shocking to know that almost 250 million people use these killer drugs illegally.
But what are these drugs which are attracting such a big number of people. Marijuana (cannabis, Ganja, Hashish) is one of them which harm lungs and sands users in deep depression. MDMA a very popular drug among the younger lot also known as ecstasy, is banned in most countries but available easily.
Cocaine is another popular party drug used in various ways which is too addictive as it releases a ‘feel good’ chemical in brain considered extremely dangerous for health. Ketamine, as the name would suggest crystal methamphetamine is second most popular drug that is basically used as pain killer also used by rave party goers which can prove fatal for its effects on repertory system and heart. Ketamine can kill if used in excessive quantity.
Crystal meth or crystal methamphetamine is highly addictive drug used illegally in form of crystal chunks or blue white rocks used by drug addicts. Crystal meth also known as ice reduces self confidence and if used in excessive quantity proves to be a killer drug.
There are other addictive drugs including LSD, Heroin, Speedball (combination of Cocaine and heroin) and even the ordinary tobacco which are hard to quit. Tobacco alone causes more than 5 million deaths every year.
All these killer drugs are produced and manufactured in different countries but Afghanistan a small country in Asia is the largest producer of opium with 5000-6000 thousand tons of opium. Columbia, Bolivia and Peru are the largest producers of cocaine, Columbia alone accounts for 300-400 tons of cocaine production each year.
Other major drug producers include, Morocco producing hashish, Myanmar opium and America where Cristal Math is developed in thousands of labs.

Drug kills and our country is now on war on drugs.We cannot read the mind of those users why they like to gradually kill themselves. Their addict peers are so strong and those drug manufacturers are using the innocence of those who lack the knowledge about danger of drugs.
