Ginger is so productive for us; I like to have ginger since my childhood as my parents also like it. I like to have ginger in cooked vegetables and pulses and in the form of pickles as well and also I add that in tea as well. Also as Indians we made pranthas (Which are chapatti stuffed with veggies like boiled mashed potatoes, carrots, cauliflower, onions, cheese and many others). Besides Ginger helps in curing many digestion related problems as well and that’s why I like it most. Actually I love to eat so I add ginger in almost everything that it tastes very well and does not affect any health issue to me as well. I have read and heard many saying that Garlic is also very important and we all should add that in food as well but I never liked Garlic much but now I am thinking of Adding Garlic as well to my food and eatables so that it helps in curing the health issues more as its tastes help in making our digestion proper and in that way we can live a healthy and happy life. I like to have garlic breads as well and now a days there are readily available everywhere actually we have access to many products of Ginger these days and it’s a blessing and now a days we also have the Ginger in powder shape, in it the ginger is dried and then grinded in powdered shape and in that way I can easily add it any vegetable or pulses I like to have. I also like to add Ginger sliced or even in powdered form to my Favorite Egg omelet as well,, trust me it tastes great and very healthy as well. I think if someone does not like to have Ginger , then it should try it once, even if we try to have ginger tea after busy office then it relieves us so much of mental strain as well.
