How Can You Support Trump?

I said this to a friend of mine.

He is a Black Jamaican, married to a Black Jamaican, who is in America on a work VISA.

He is probably one of the most vulnerable people in the United States.  He is filling a job which an American could fill.  He and his wife come from a country which is not, at the moment, known for its law abiding decent citizens but more for it’s lottery scammers, drug smugglers, gang bangers.

Every day he makes post after post on Facebook supporting Trump.   He repeats every pro-Trump bit of rubbish he can find.

He doesn’t post about this, that, the next thing, Trump, that other event, he is all Trump all the time.   It is as if he feels; like the people in the Twilight Zone, in the episode, “Its a Good Life,”   if he constantly praises Trump he’ll be safe.

Safe from racism, safe from being ‘banished to the cornfield‘.

Every ‘Alternate Fact’ that Trump expresses, he grabs and runs with.  He goes on as if he is a mindless automaton, programmed, as in that Twilight Zone episode, to say; “It’s a good thing, it’s a real good thing.”

Now a white racist male, I can understand how he would feel.   After all, for eight years there was a (shudder) Black Man in the White House.

Even a ditzy white woman, who thinks of herself as a sex object, I can understand that she sees herself as trash so can support a man who sees her the same way.

But anyone who is not white; how can support for a man who is an unapologetic racist be granted without limit?

It would not surprise me if all non-pats who hold jobs in America have their VISAs cancelled and are shipped to the ‘cornfield’, despite their slavish grovelling.
