Feel Fuller, Faster, And Limit Your Chances Of Overeating Through Citrus Fruit

In my last blog, I mentioned there the best fat buster through Paleo Diet. There is also a discovery by scientists that lets you feel fuller, yet yu can still limit your chances of overeating. Sometimes you eat as if there is no tomorrow hehehe. But this happens if you are so hungry and your intestine almost crawls from the said hunger. Actually, it is your nervous system that dictates your digestive system to supply your body food. But if your food has some minerals that stop you to crave, meaning after you are though eating, you won’t long for another to again. Like the diet foods introduced in Paleo diet.

This time, it would be made possible to feel full and limit your chances to overeating. It is like enough is enough for today. There is another discovery of Dr. Al Sears a fruit full grown in Asia and I really cannot believe on this. If without this international doctor, we will never know that this fruit called citrus fruit can make you fell full. It was learned that a small amount of this citrus fruit to be added to your meal can function in a surprising way, to wow your feeling, no more craving for more; thus, make you superior in body figure. It is advisable to stock this citrus fruit by dying them and be used as preservative and flavoring.

You have to know why? Citrus fruit is in bountiful amount in our place. Maybe its acid stops us to crave more and feel full instead. They are always present in our stalls; I also believe you can buy this fruit in your own stalls. You might ask how fat are you and why should you bet yourself to go on dieting. There are reasons why you get fat.

If what you eat is full of sugar, your body turns carbs into blood sugar and the said blood sugar affects how hungry you are and if you burn fat or store it. Your blood sugar is the primary source of energy that is why if your blood sugar is low, you feel so weak as if you want to sleep and rest. Then your energy is generated when your pancreas creates the hormone insulin to transport blood into your cells. There is a problem if you take more sugary foods, grains or carbs-rich foods that lack fiber? The result would be insulin level skyrocketing. So if your sugar level riser up, it would be most impossible to lose weight.

Citrus fruit is your last chance to reduce your weight, thus reducing and balancing too in gradual manner your blood sugar. Health and fitness is a must and make sure that you are not that allergic with acids and no arthritis for this fruit is acidic and may trigger your sickness. But you are told to add the dried citrus onto your foods and must only be in small amount.

    • Now that you know about this citrus fruit that lets you feel fuller and never crave for more food why not applying it immediately.I think the best time to eat citrus is in the evening and have it serve as your dinner.It was not mentioned as to how many pieces of citrus fruit to consume. Actually, last December, I observed that I did not feel hungry after eating citrus fruit. I consumed 5 small citrus and after I ate them, I no longer feel hungry and no longer ate dinner. Frankly, I never had idea before that citrus fruit is very powerful fruit that lets us feel full and we cannot anymore overeat because of the satisfactory full feeling.

    • Now,I have idea to have citrus as my snack hehehe. It is better to have this than to have burgers though. My weight is 110 pounds and of course, I won't anymore drop some. I need extra weight for my works require me energy. I lecture straight 3 hours today and did not have my breakfast, I was so surprised why I was not craving for food.In the evening before I went to bed, I ate 4 pieces of small citrus hehehe.hat might be the reason why I felt hungry at 10 o clock in the morning.My lecture starts at seven o" clock and ends at 10:30 and was so hungry then. When I arrived the faculty office, I ate food fish with parsley, garlic and pepper.

      Try this now, do not wait for the next day ...that is if you want to reduce your weight.
