I don’t suffer from writers block and a monkey is my Guru

Hello Everyone!

Hope you are aware what a writer’s block is. People often link it with a terrible disease in which people are not able to find any idea to write.

Would like to mention that I never suffered from such a disease. It is not because I write only what I feel interested in. It is because I know how to destroy it.

But, it was not always like this. In my childhood, I always used to hate writing. I often thought – why was writing invented?

I once entered a zoo and saw a monkey. He was sleeping. I looked at the scene. Suddenly, the monkey got up and tried to make fun of everything. There was nothing he did not play with. Plucking leaves and playing around – the monkey jumped across everything. I saw him chatting and doing nonsense talks to literally no one.

I was told to write everything what the monkey was doing. That was ridiculous. Who writes a monkey work? Yet, I was told to write on this weird topic. Take out management lessons from this monkey – I was told. Looking management Guru in a monkey is probably the least thinkable thing to do.

This is itself the first lesson to eliminate writer’s block and write terrific content – look at that reality which no one else looks into.

The monkey is always happy. How is this possible? The second lesson is to enjoy every moment. Just like the monkey try doing something crazy just for the heck of it. Sometimes, crazy things too make sense.

No need to be serious every time. Just ensure that you are cheerful to the outer world. The monkey is never serious and keeps on smiling every now and then. The logic here is: Move out of your niche and write something off topic.

It might seem madness but monkey acts are the best killers of writer’s block, particularly their chats which make no sense. Just create an imaginary friend and ask him – what to write. Talk to him and let him define your path.

Lastly, if nothing else works out – monkeys are the best thieves. Get the idea from someone else. Just study what scholars are doing worldwide and get some similar idea.

Happy exploring.

    • Since the time I have ventured into writing and writing on different forums- serious and light-hearted, I have found that my best comes when I enjoy writing and not always care about sentence, or word formation, or how many comments/likes/shares I will get.
And we can learn from crazy things as well.

    • I never had experienced this writer's block. The only problem that I am facing is time constraint. I had so many things to write about. If I don't have work, I have all the time to make my own compositions about certain topics in mind.

The best thing to be on track of writing is being inspired of something. In this sense, everything will put into such great compositions. We all know that writing differ of what we feel over something. Either good or bad, we still have the passion to convey such intense emotions into writings.

    • I think monkeys are the best human beings' friends. Mu cousin has tamed a monkey kid and now it is a grown up monkey but he loves his mater and sometime I go to my cousin's home he also loves me very much and look after the house.

Pilo the monkey is a fun and cheeky sleep training alarm clock that encourage children to get up and go to bed at a civilised hour - helping the whole household to get a well deserved sleep.

By opening and closing his eyes, he intuitively teaches your child when to stay in bed, helping to prevent early rising, especially important when they haven't learn to tell the time. When Pilo has his eye's closed, a child quickly understands that they too should be sleeping and when Pilo's eyes open, it's time to 'rise and shine'.

Not the usual alarm, Pilo is fun for kids, playing gentle jungle sounds to help your child wake up for the new day (with adjustable volume and off switch). MoMo also has a built in 30 second nightlight as well as both a digital and analogue clock to help teach children to tell the time.

I think monkey's friendship with man is old not new but men have come into cities and forgot monkeys and dogs the man's best friends.
