9 Tips to Get More Visitors to your Articles

You may be writing articles on various revenue sharing sites including literacybase. However, you may not be getting enough visitors to those articles as you wish and so upset about the same and just thinking as to what to do to get some good amount of visitors. Here are my nine tips to get more visitors to your articles.

1. Use social media. On popular social media websites such as facebook, twitter, digg and the like, you can easily reach thousands and thousand of new readers by sharing your new articles. Create a Facebook page, and comment and like other similar pages to make it easier for people with the same interests to find your articles.

2. Be active on other blogs. Most blogs allow you to add a link when you leave a comment. If you write interesting comments on other blogs, you increase the chance that people will click on your link and start reading your articles.

3. Be patient. It may take over a year to build up a stable of loyal readers, so do not give up if it seems to go slow at first. If you continue to write articles on a regular basis, you will be more successful than the lakhs of bloggers who start with more fanfare and then abandon their interest thereafter.

4. Write interesting articles or posts. If your articles or posts are boring and do not give your readers something of value, it does not matter if you do everything else right. Try to find out what kind of reader you want, and what they are interested in reading.

5. Focus on a subject. Having a clear focus on your articles so people know what to expect when they read your articles. Choose a good topic and write it well, instead of writing about anything and everything.

6. Reply to all the comments made on your articles. When a reader takes the time to comment on one of your articles, show your appreciation for his comments by responding to it. If the reader leaves a link to his own articles, click on it and write a good comment on one of his / her articles.

7. Write titles that catch people’s attention. Articles with creative and interesting titles get more readers than articles with bland and boring titles. Too often, new visitors look through the title of the articles first, and if they cannot find something that catches their attention, they may leave without reading.

8. Write often. You do not need to write several times a day. But try to write new articles at least four to five times a week. But it is better to write more often with informative and interesting articles than to write frequently with meaningless short articles.

9. Use a good fond. If your articles are difficult to read or have style that makes it difficult to read, new visitors may quickly leave. Use a good-looking and easy to navigate fond to make it easy for your visitors to find what they are looking for.
