LiteracyBase is a wonderful site for freelance writers
and home writers to explore ourselves into the world of
writing articles regardless of age.
To be honest, most people write online in order to earn
money as a side income or to supply payments for
miscellaneous bills at home, hoping to help out spouse
bit by bit.
My daily earning at LiteracyBase is alike a roller coaster
drive, it goes up and down depending on the traffic
flows.
Daily Goal
A daily goal is not required.
However, I decided to set my daily goal in order to
achieve the minimum payout at LiteracyBase of
USD$10 before the end of the month.
Indeed, with a daily goal, I looked forward to my total
earnings day by day but not everyday is a bed of roses.
Some days, my earning went down to the lowest of 10 cents
per day.
Sometimes, I could achieve 64 cents to 80 cents per day.
The number of my new posts published , greatly affect the
daily earnings because each post of 500 words would fetch
me 22 cents.
I could earn 44 cents easily with 2 posts daily.
Unfortunately, there is a day or two when no new post
had been approved nor published.
That is the time when I could hardly stay positive when my
earning is low.

Tips to stay positive when earning is low
“Never give up !” that is the quote which kept me stayed positive at LitearcyBase.
#1 Read up and write new topics
I learned to improve my writing skill as I read other
writers’ posts which are related to my interests.
Reading helped me to generate more new ideas, new topics ,
what to write for the next day, what are the niche topics that
people are reading right now.
Don’t write under the same title but same category of
topic which is related to it.
Since I love food, I looked up at food websites and well
known food blogs which featured the recipes that I had
cooked.
Look up for the tips and tricks, what are the ingredients
for, the benefits and so on.
As @ruby3881/ had mentioned, most of our readers
are Western people.
Hence, for Asian writers, we should write up short
introduction to ingredients which they do not use often
or simply had never heard of them before.
# 2 Leave insightful comments
I had noticed that with length comments of 100 words,
I could earn 0.01 cent per comment.
Hence, if I could leave 20 comments in forums and blog
posts, I could earn up to 0.20 cents in a day.
This is the calculation which I had found out recently:
40 words or less : 0.005 cents
100 words : 0.010 cents
160 – 200 words : 0.02 cents
Sometimes, I can give lots of opinion in a single
comment.
Sometimes , I tag in 2 different username of the readers
, replied to their questions in a single comment
#3 Share post links to social medias
Although social medias are not highly sought by some
writers, I had found that sharing my post links to social
media sites had increased my earnings overnight.
Each time I shared my Literacybase post link to social
medias, I earned 0.001 cent per referred visitors.
If I am not wrong, “referred visitors” are my followers
from these social media sites that I had participated:
l Stumbled Upon
l Google Plus
l Pinterest
l Linkedin
l Tumblr
l Facebook
l Twitter
Noticed that how I had arranged the sites from top to
bottom?
Stumbleupon gave me the most external traffic to my
posts while Twitter and Facebook were the lowest and
worst traffic .
Believe it or not, I could earn 30 cents per day from
the share media external traffic alone !

LiteracyBase has indeed outlets to earn. They must be tapped.
I am new here so thanks a lot for this helpful information. I have one question though, you can only upload 2 blogs per day?
@nasia1301 There is no limit to how many posts you submit in a day. On LiteracyBase, there are no quotas or maximums. Just do as much or as little as you want!
It sure takes a lot of time and effort to earn.
I have lesser motivation to write this month. If I continue in this manner, I do not think I can reach payout this month.
@peachpurple I'm glad Stumbleupon is giving you such great results! Personally, I am still doing best on Facebook. But I've had some traffic spikes to content on BlogJob, due to shares on SU.

hi @peachpurple, thanks for sharing, this post is really informative for those newbie like me.
It would help a lot on clarify in details on the tips on writing a post, topic to be chosen, how to attract external traffics which I never try before. I think I should give a try to fully utilized my social media.
Your word count on the comments , have help to clarify my doubt all these while on what is the length requirement on earning those pennies. As it could be varied from 0.002 to 0.02 cents. Sometimes, I just burst and write without considering about the word count, but sometimes, I write the comment my Microsoft Word sheet first , in order to confirm the word count for maximizing my earning from the comment.
To me, I have not much time to write and compose post , so leaving comments could one of the way for me to make some pennies here. I will try to write some blogs later or sooner.

Actually, I am a good cook and can also share my recipes here, though I am not sure if they are allowed and being paid.
As I have seen you the earlier months that you are posting many recipes, may I ask if they are also being paid? I don't like to venture in writing recipes, when i don't know if they are also being paid.
