South Africa started miserably and lost first 5 wickets for only 34 runs in 10.1 over’s in the form of G Kirsten, H gibbs, M Boucher, J Kallis and H Cronje. South Africa went on to lose this contest as they were bowled out for only 185 runs in 47.2 over’s with Lance klusener and S Pollock both top scored with 52 runs each in 58 and 78 balls respectively.
Zimbabwe won the game by 48 runs and N Johnson was the Man of the match.
