No matter how you brush your teeth severally in a day before and after eating, and no matter how you floss and visit your dentists, you may still find your gum in a disease. This is a common problem among senior citizens. It was learned from studies abroad that over 65 years old seniors have gum disease. Millions not seniors also have gum disease problem from mild to moderate form of it. It is the biggest reasons why there are so many people lose their teeth as they age. Your dentist might be able to cure your sick gum. Dentists never tell the patient that your has teeth and guns might point to more serious health problems. Like my case, my back aches and never know the reason why.
When I went to our family doctor, I was asked if I have at that time tooth problem, I said yes for, I was already scheduled the next two days to have my toot pulled. The doctor prescribed me anti-biotic good for two days before going back to his clinic to finally pull my aching tooth. From that answer to our family doctor, he concluded that the cause of my back ache is my problematic tooth. That is why I agree with the statement of the doctor that I based on this research that our dentists never tell us the side effect of tooth problem to our health.
Your mouth can reveal a lot that you have gum or teeth problem. Having a gum problem creates bad breath you may want to know and get rid of this bad breath. Some doctors do not tell the reason why other [parts of our body are affected. Maybe they think that patients feel afraid to know that every part of your body is biologically connected. There is a lot of bacteria in your mouth almost 100 billion bacteria hehehehe agree or disagree, but that is the finding of the doctors and scientists that humans have this numerous bacteria in billions. According to the doctor, this bacteria form a sticky film called plaque that hardens into tartar. Plaque and tartar cause inflammation in your gums. If you have these, your gums may bleed when your brush your teeth. The implication for having a bleeding gum is that is sick gum. Because of this sickness, eventually, infection and inflammation attack the tissue that holds the tooth to the jawbone, and then teeth start to come loose and even fall out which is worst. This might be the reason or explanation to my doubts of long ago why many lost their teeth and mostly on the old people, the seniors.
According to doctors and dentists, those bacteria from gums can also travel around your body like in your joints if left unchecked. They can cause inflammation to your joints where the bacteria traveled.
According to the research studies of doctors and dentists abroad, those having moderate to severe gum disease are those usually affected or sick with more than twice the risks of developing rheumatoid arthritis. Those who have this rheumatoid arthritis are found to have missing five or more teeth.
Despite this, there is good news from doctors abroad; there are research studies that suggest clearing up gum disease.
But there’s good news. There are doctors that have found the following cure to have healthy teeth in order to have healthy joints. Dentists and doctors said that besides just brushing and flossing, the following are also best recommended by them to cure teeth and gum disease.
This is how to do it: In the morning before eating or drinking anything, gently swish one tablespoon of coconut oil in your mouth and between your teeth for 10 to 20 minutes. Don’t swallow. Spit the used oil into the trash or a jar, not the sink. It will clog your plumbing. Rinse your mouth and brush your teeth as normal.
Use it just like regular mouthwash. Look for cold-processed aloe juice that uses the whole leaf. There must be no sugar additive and pure Aloe Vera. Make sure it is at least 85% Aloe Vera.
Should you have teeth and gum problems, try to apply these two helpful and natural ways to cure your sick gum, thus your joints too will be safe from rheumatoid arthritis.
Let us all be healthy, teeth and gum disease-sickness free.
