16. Belgium stands in 16th position with 69.75 marks, Brussels is the capital of European Union, the population of Belgium is only 1.10 Crores. It is second in world’s football team, and it stands for world’s excellent beers.
17. Spain stands 17th position by scoring  67.73 marks, recently its economy was crashed, unemployment also more.
18. Germany stands 18th position by scoring 67.55 marks, its economy is excellent even though due to crime rate and lifestyle of the people it position is behind at this time
19. With 66.53 Portugal stands in 19th position, this is the last position in this list. Due to inflation the economy was down in 2008, even though it is good in tourism.
