Why you should not stalk successful people

I have learned one interesting thing about the depression and anxiety. It is the state of the mind which compares the lives of others with our own self. And that in return makes it harder to deal with depression. I am sure many of you are known to the fact that successive people are worth being around. But that is something our mind tells us. Also we have to understand that our mind does work in a reverse way. And this means one has to understand when to let go of seeing the success of other people. This is something you have to learn in your life. If you don’t learn it then this is going to backfire on you. In this article, you are going to learn how to avoid stalking successful people and instead focus on your own life.

Comparison

One of the worst things we do after we look at success of others is we compare. We see other people as good and we have nothing on our own life to show. And this means we are going to have some issues. Comparison is something we can’t understand how it negatively affects us. But in reality it is one of the toxic things that can hurt our life. I have seen people getting damaged due to this comparison mindset. I am sure you can see how the comparison is going to be bad for our own sake. Comparison is indeed a good idea if you are learning how to emulate their actions. In reality it is not that easy.

Self Sabotage

After looking at the people who are successful, we try to be like them. And then the cycle of self sabotage starts. If we don’t meet the realistic goals then we blame our own self. And this leads to the cycle of much worst thinking. And this leads to more issues. I think successful people are also paying attention to the fact that they themselves are not doing much of such damage. I am sure this is one reason many of them don’t tell their fans and followers to do things which is harder. And for the same way, I think we have to avoid self sabotage and see which are some things that can be done.

Spiral

I think the way we think we create some sort of spiral around our thoughts. And this spiral affects our growth. This spiral can be positive or negative. We just have to look for the better ends of the life. And if we can control this way, things surely can change some of the times. I have managed to change some things by going out of this spiral. If you feel like thinking too much negative then you should consider taking break and going out. Same can be said with the too much positive thinking. And I am sure there are some of the people who know how to keep you from getting into it. So discuss with them too.

As you can see following successful people and learning from them is good. But stalking them and feeling bad about your life is not a good thing.
