Why do you Love Blogging?

Do you blog? Why are you doing that? What are the things that blogging help you and that you never stop blogging?

Those are the questions my friends were asking me when they find out that I am blogging. They find the word “blogging” a very tedious job that requires a great effort and serious research. Yes, it requires a great effort in everything from research to how to write it right, however, there are blogging ways that you just sharing yourself to the word because everything about your experience is a great information that will able to help other people as well.

Why do you love Blogging?

Blogging makes me found my own world.

When I was younger, much younger than today, I cannot find my place online. I have my social network but it is more of an out of place experience for me because every people I see are posting their whereabouts. They are posting different place they have been, the food they ate, the activity they do, they are all happy and braggy and I am left with myself checking out their experiences. It makes me alone because I can’t connect with them. I liked their post and even left a comment but it is not a whole me. I think it is not my place anymore. Since I started to blog, it became my second home. In blogging, I feel comfortable being myself.

Blogging makes me found my own peace.

Since I found blogging as my comfortable “own world” it is enough to say that I found my “own peace”. I honestly found my peace not because I am safe, but because it gives me internal happiness.

Blogging is truly a stress reliever.

Everyone will surely agree with me on this one. If you have an independent blog or you have a revenue sharing site that allows you to express your thought as part of your blogging activity then for sure in the long run you will feel thankful you have it. Based on experience, blogging has help me to share what I really feel about myself. I share my plans, some of my problems, other’s problems, and other’s story. I know people learned from my experience from the comments I received. They don’t have to thank me but I thank them because it makes me feel my stay is worthwhile. When I have problems, I rant and I complain. I might offend someone, yet internally, I able to release what makes me feel heavy inside. I don’t want to hold the burden a lot longer that is why I am sharing it with my blog. It allows me to be myself. It is definitely a stress reliever.

Blogging gives me earnings.

I am glad to have found a revenue sharing sites that allow me to blog and earn from blogging. Isn’t it wonderful that you are getting paid for the things you are comfortable to do? To makes it even more, a blessing, isn’t it wonderful to get paid to do what you love? That is blogging.

Blogging allows me to make friends and earn friends.

Trust and reputation is a must in blogging. Since you are sharing yourself, people will able to know who you are. By knowing you, it creates a reputation. It is either good or bad. Of course, always prefer to be good. When you built your reputation, people associate you with some words to describe you. It is good to know that they will describe you in a good way, always. It also creates a specific bond. You got to meet new friends and you earn true friends that you will have in the long run. Now you found your own world, with a set of people you can call your “friends”. You found people that do the same and love the same thing.

Blogging is a non-stop learning.

Once you blog, it doesn’t mean you just write, you also need to read and research. You need to make sure that when you are sharing information, it is true, accurate and correct. You learn how to do it. You learn how to do it by reading other’s blog, by asking questions, researching and watching tutorials. Everything is on the Internet, you just need to push yourself to make an effort. You are learning and sharing the information at the same time. You learn and other’s will learn from you. It is indeed one cycle of learning.

Blogging helps you do your purpose.

If you found your own world, own inner peace, happiness and friends, then you found your own purpose. You learn that just by writing, you became a person that is doing your purpose. It doesn’t mean you need to be always successful with that, but by doing it means you are already successful for you know the meaning why you are born.

There are lots of reason why a person blog. For me, it gives me the new meaning of my life. I never imagine my life not blogging at all. I might stop from time to time, but I know my brain and fingers will able to find ways to blog once in a while to remember I am a writer.

      • @morgoodie for the person like you is the reason why I still write because of your appreciation.
@ruby3881 I know sissy and you are one of my inspiration in writing blogs sissy
@kaka135 yes, I found my purpose and thanks to God for giving me this kind of gift, passion and skills..

    • Such a positive piece, Grecy! I hope it will encourage more people to take up blogging :)

    • This is so encouraging. This might encourage more people to try out blogging, if they haven't do so. Good that you have found your own place in this online world and also your inner peace as well.

Just continue blogging, and I believe we can continue do it until we are really, really old. :)

    • Blogging is an outlet for my thoughts, opinions and expressions. It has helped me earn some extra bucks and not to forget, friends from all over the world. More or less, my reasons for blogging are the same as yours. Great post!

    • It is a comprehensive way of presenting the significance of blogging in your own way as it gives you the benefit you want in your life, especially the "inner peace" you mention. It is good you have that perception. By the way, how do blogging and writing differ each other?

For me, writing is my passion. It becomes my hobby and later develops into a passion. I don't have the intention to earn for what I have written. My purpose of writing is to share what I have in mind, to make my reader informed, educated and entertained.

    • me too, I have friends who couldn't understand why I blog everyday just earn earn cents.
They couldn't understand and looked down on blogging job online.
If I couldn't earn USD$10 per month, they looked down even further, said it is waste of time.

Blogging is not just earning money, it is a place where I could voice out my opinion, thoughts, recipes that I want to share with everyone.
I feel happy when writers all around the world appreciate my works.

I feel contented and proud of myself.
I am not holding out my hand, asking for money from my hubby.
I am earning on my own even though I know the amount is small.

For those who have not tried blogging should learn from @grecy095/

We are happy with our virtual friends.

    • At this point of my life, I had found my virtual world. In reality, I lost contacts with my close friends. Since they are so busy at work and of course, busy with their roles in lives. I never thought that I will cling to the online writings. In fact, it was just an accident. A friend of mine introduced a particular site and the rest is history.

Since I cannot reach out my close friends, I tried to create my world virtually. Along the journey, I had met virtual friends. The acronym "VFF" had been created in my mind as "Virtual Friends Forever". I don't feel lonely and it made my life contented learning from others virtually.

    • I blog because I like to talk to people who share the same interests as me which I do not find in my real world.
You have found a niche and so have I

    • The more reason why I blog and love blogging is that it gives me room to share ideas, thoughts and feelings to anyone in/around the world.
Unlike my usual classroom teaching that limits me only to my students. So I don't think I can stop blogging anyway because the more I blog, the more I learn new things and the more my eyes are open to the real world.
I strongly agree with the author here on the benefits he enlisted.
So far, there is nothing to compare or to equate to knowledge. To knowledge they said is power and as such a continuous process.
So we keep learning as we blog.
Thanks for sharing such a wonderful knowledge.

    • Wow that is indeed a wonderful piece where everyone can learn one or two things in their lives. you are teaching many that is is okay to venture and find yourself and it is such an inspiration. thank you so much for sharing.
