Why Deprivation is Bad for Your Health

I think many of us are guilty of depriving our own life for many things. I think we assume that we only deserve some thing when we have X or Y things. You can see that this sort of mindset is very bad for the health. I think people who start the business or other ventures often fall for this type of stuff. And they end up in this for many reasons. I have found that people who suffer setback are going to end up in this cycle. You can see that as time goes on many people slowly think about what they can do with their health. I think health issues make many people worry about their own self. And when we look back we can realize that many of the same people have deprived themselves for many reasons. In this article, I am going to discuss what are some ways we can stop this.

Food deprivation

I think when we are on low finance days, you may notice that many people get into deprivation mode. They reduce the intake of the food and expect more work done. Also they start to expect more from life for the less food that thy eat. You can see that food deprivation leads to the depression. You have to get over many small habits in the due process. I think we should always take healthy food and consider our life to be more on healthy ground. I don’t think being into the deprivation mode is going to solve any of our problem. So we have to consider lot of small things and do them as far as the health is concerned.

We all have some wishes to fulfill. And we have to consider our own health in this regard in order to be healthy. We can go after our dreams. And we have to take steps towards better future. We have to be hopeful about what we do and focus on things to happen. We have to go after the life one day at a time. And this way we can get into much better aspects of the life. This is one reason I always encourage others to go after what they dream of. In case if they fail, they can be in somewhere else. If they win, then they can be in much better place. So it all about perspective and how we view our life in the process.

Meditation

Sometimes when deprivation goes out of hand. Then you have to consider your life in a much better way with the meditation. You have to control your breathing. And this way you can be much more focus oriented as well. You can make some wise decisions along the way. You can also consider focusing on your efforts. Then again your life is much more better if you know what you do. If you don’t get to the point where things change, it can lead to more stability. Meditation is good for your mind. It can sort out lot of things. You can see that sorting good things about life eventually helps with thinking process.

    • Denying yourself life necessities can be very bad for your health for sure. We are even told by health practitioners that denying oneself food can cause serious damages. I agree with you on this one. But I would ask this question, when you are depriving yourself of some things who is suffering isn't You? Because by doing this you are not so sure that you will get what you want. You may deprive yourself and still won't get what it is that you are looking for. So what do you do next. It makes no sense and it's not logical at all.

    • Meditation is the best thing to do. I agree with you, because through it, your mind would be clear and you can manage your life well; you can see where there were flaws, where there's strength or weakness.
