When the picture of ideal have already been formed in your mind, it is important to identify the steps and factors that could supplement each ordinary day. So, try every day to bring closer to the ideal day’s example. For example, my perfect day option is made up of a few basic things: stay with my loved ones, discovery of a new areas (travel, local walks) actions out of the comfort zone (the long conversations with strangers, unusual solutions) and creative activities. So, get to know the new people and travel would be a great way to spend time.

Often we lack a time and sometimes can help even a half-hour walk, conversation with old friends. Activities close to the heart can come up endless and even not taking a lot of time. And do not forget them, but remind yourself every morning. In this way, you become a creator of your day, no longer is necessary incident or surprise, or other external circumstances – it all depends on you. And when you start to manage the situation more or less, it becomes much calmer, appears self-confidence, the environment and the world in general.

Even simple walk outside opens up possibilities to discover new spaces, objects, ideas, get to know new people or the environment, create photography, painting, or get inspiration for this. So sometimes quite worth just make yourself go out outdoor. It worth to force yourself to get started.

    • I have made it past the half a century mark in my life. My ideal day is when God opens my eyes, my body doesn't feel aches and pains, and I have the energy to face the day and hopefully it is productive, profitable, and honors my Creator.
