What attract us in other person: appearance or inside?

Basically, all of us are full and complete, so the complementary of another person we do not need. Naturally I think about how it is with the second half? After all, it seems to be the missing part of us? Or maybe mystical second half exists only in the movies?

In my opinion, absolutely everyone is different. Yes, we are practically the same from the outside, but in terms of the psychological side, we could not find two exactly the same like-minded people. No matter, whether it be men or women. So, and saying that opposites attract may be correct, because the man who attracts you will always be the opposite of you.

First of all we like man’s appearance, and after that we look for points of contact – what he is interested in, what he lives, what he likes or does not like and then we are comparing with own interests, lifestyle and so on. And when it will be the same in many aspects, we ourselves announce that we fall in love with this man. Such an assessment may last just a short second (love at first sight), it may take longer – depending on the speed of operation of the mind and circumstances, and how much we need the second half and whether we need it at all. In most cases, this comparison takes place unconsciously, we even do not think that assess other person. This process takes place automatically in our mind, not realizing it consciously.

Another interesting aspect is the fact that most people first are attracted to the opposite sex appearance. This is Mother Nature’s cunning plan. Because if we do not like the other person’s appearance, probably would not have intimate relationship with him and there will be no extension of family. On one side it is mistake to choose partner by his appearance, and many know this, but often occurs in such a way that we say, “I could not resist, something led me.” That something is nature.

The ideal case is when man first attract us by his inside, his consciousness, his perception of life, when he is free, complete, and we are the same. Then the physical data, hobbies and other remain in the background. In this case, the human relations are harmonious and complementary to each other, they do not restrict the freedom of each other and understand that it is normal if you have different interests or opinions, that you love someone for what he is and does not try to egoistically change his ego.

There are two traction means – physical (external) and mental (internal). From the traction depends the relationship of the pair. If it’s a physical attraction – it will last from couple months to few years, because the other person’s body is only fun until it is tested. That is why “fresh” couple often goes in engagement, caressing each other, want to more feel physically the second half. When the body is studied, the person losing any interest in becoming a partner, so the couple is breaking up and goes to look for other partners.

If the couple is created on the spiritual foundation, then the union can last a lifetime, they will live happily, without conflicts, in constant understanding and respect of each other. For such people, even the marriage process is unnecessary, and they do not care about the views of others, they live their lives. It is likely that their children, seeing the happy parents will follow their example, and will be also happy and wholesome.
