West Indies was scheduled to play a 3 Match T 20 International in Australia in 2013. Both teams have great players and all rounder’s and match winners and it would be interesting to see them battle in this series and who batted very well  will be crowned as the winner after the series as they are ranked at 2 and 5. West Indies batted well and was able to post total of 191 runs in 20 over’s at the loss of 6 wickets and with top scores of J Charles who made 57 runs in 35 balls with 7 4’s and 1 six at the strike rate of 163 runs in 100 balls and D Bravo who made 32 runs in 27 balls with 3 4’s and 0 six at the strike rate of 119 runs in 100 balls.

Australia was needed to score 192 runs in 20 over’s to win this match.

Australia batted well but was unable to chase the target of 192 runs and was able to make only 164 runs in 20 over’s at the loss of 8 wicket and lost the game by 27 runs with top contributions from A Voges who made 51 runs in 33 balls with 2 4’s and 2 sixes at the strike rate of 155 runs in 100 balls.

West Indies won the match by 27 runs and series stands at 1-0 in favor of West Indies.
