I think people are these days taking their Health very casually and they does not take care of it and then they have to face the consequences in the later years and at that stage it is very difficult and even impossible to cure our health. Like for example: many these days have the habit of having cold drinks like Coca cola, sprite, Pepsi, Mirinda, Fanta, Limca , thumbs up, Mountain Dew or any other drink which is not good for health and if we have it on daily basis all the time then it will surely going to damper our health and it will not be cured easily in the later years. I try to avoid these cold drinks and only have it occasionally and never on daily basis. I just like to have simple water with my meals and that to I did not like to drink between meals so that it wouldn’t worsen the situation of my Digestive system. There are many disadvantages of having cold drinks all the time and it will decrease our immunity level as well and also it let us have less water and that will cause problems to our body as our body cannot resist the deficiency of water as water is the main constituent of our Body and if we have less water then it will cause many type of severe problems to our health. That’s why we see many people or even doctor’s advice us to have good amount of water on daily basis as water also helps in increasing our immunity. Also in summers we need to have more water as our body sweats a lot in summers and in that weather if we stick to cold drinks and other things like that then that wouldn’t be any good for our health and will cause many problems to our Body. So its advice able to not to have cold drinks much and certainly not on daily basis and it should be avoided with the meals or even with snacks.

I see to it that I drink at least 8 glasses of water each day. Makes my metabolism faster.
Though, when I drink my water, it has to be chilled. I hate the taste of water per se, when it isn't chilled. I can't even drink half glass of it.
But when it is chilled, I can drink two glasses.
As to softdrink, I also drink it when we go out to dine. It is so delicious in taking away the rich after taste of some food. Though, after a while of drinking it, I would still drink water to flush it from my system.
Drinking cool water frequently is not good for health. There are certain drinks in the market which tastes good but do a lot of harm if one is habituated to drink them. In it places better water is consumed. Here also not cool water. Drinking cool water or anything cool more leads to indigestion and the body heat is lost during the process. To compensate our body heat we again prefer cool water...and this process continues.
The effect is that we drink more water and experience stomach full. The effect will hit on our appetite. We consume less and consequently, the nutrients necessary for the body will not be available. As a result, the body becomes weak. And so..the further complications. Even during summer season we should minimize the inmate of cool water
