Water Is So Essential For us need to conserve It

Water is essential for our health and its equal to some way like oxygen and we cannot even imagine its value in our life as Life is not possible without water and we need to have required amount of water on daily basis so that the fluids level in us be consistent and at that amount which is Good for us to live our life with Good and proper health.

I think everyone knows the advantages of having good amount of water on daily basis.

I know it’s difficult to have when it’s winters but still is advisable to have good amount of water on daily basis as it strengths our digestive system and clear’s our skin too and make our body work effectively.

 

I think we need to have at least 3-4 Liters of water on daily basis, so that we can feel good and also in sweaty summers we sweat a lot and that results in evaporation of water in our body which is so very harmful for our health, so we need to have more fluids in summers as compared to Winters.

 

Deficiency of water in our Body disrupts our immunity as well and causes many skin diseases as well. By having the required amount of water and fluids on daily basis our body’s internal system works well and it helps in increasing our adaptability as well, our kidneys helps in cleaning our blood plumped by heart, and to maintain the proper health of kidneys we need to have the required amount of fluids and water.

Water is like Life for us, as a Fish cannot survive without water , even we cannot survive without water and we depend on water for many things, like cleaning, bathing, cooking, agriculture and also it helps in generating electricity as well.

 

Water is so much powerful and it can disrupt life as well.

Water also constitutes oxygen and Hydrogen as H²O.

Water is a God’s blessing to us so we should never waste water and try to save it for our future generations.

    • Water is really needed to survive here on earth. Approximately 95% of our body is water. If the body doesn't have enough water, then the systems will not function well. If a person doesn't consume water, it will compromise the kidney function. Kidneys are the second line heart of the body. If it shut down, definitely the person will die. That's the reason why we need to consume water for at least 8 glasses per day.

      • Yeah you are right, and as you also mentioned over body is made of water and its a major constituent of water and if we didn't take enough water then we will feel sorry later and only water can help and no other fluids like that
