Walking as an Exercise?

Have you heard about 10000 steps a day? How can a person able to do this? Every day, the normal steps that a human being could do are 3000-4000 steps a day. These are the people that are going outside their houses, the regular employee that commute or riding public vehicles, liaison officers, typically the people who mostly get out of their house. People who stays at home could able to have 3000 to 4000 steps a day if they will keep on moving inside and outside their house. Walking up and down in the stairs counts already, even visiting your comfort rooms.

How can one manage to have 10000 steps a day?

Personally, I able to do it. I failed to do how many miles I walked but I only counted the time I spent walking. I spent 30 to 45 minutes achieving the 10000 steps. I able to do this when I was going home from work. On my first week, I able to have 3000 steps a day. What I did was to spare riding a public vehicle on my second journey going home. For 30 minutes, from my second destination, I able to have 7000 steps to keep up with 10000 steps a day.

Why are people going gaga over 10000 steps? I also asked the same question. My idea is that, when you know you can’t have a time for exercise, walking is a kind of activity that will help you to perspire to burn your fats. It is also good for your heart. On this way, is walking considered as an exercise?

From my research, walking is not considered as an exercise, but a movement that we do every day that is required. We do it all the time. Since we do it all the time and it helps to perspire, it is good for our health. Why not take advantage? At present, I do not consider myself serious about doing 10000 steps every day. I am just saving some money so I need to walk going home instead of riding a public vehicle but for sure if I have money for transportation, I will not remember walking just to get home. Normally I have 3000 to 4000 steps a day and it is just enough for me to accumulate 20000 steps a week, not included the number of steps I do at home during the weekends.

On the other hand, does walking really burns your fats? Based on my experience, I lost 2 kilos a month for doing it consistently. That was before. I failed to note my present weight but as far as I remember I have 56 kilos during my last medical check-up. I lost 1 kilo in a week because I was getting out of the house to process my requirement last March. I was under the sun for whole afternoon that is why it burned my fats. I am not saying you do the same to lose weight because it is very dangerous to stay under the sun for long, especially during the afternoon. My point is that, walking works in burning your fats through your perspiration. Walking is good for your health.

    • I personally consider walking as an exercise if we do it continuous for at least 20 minutes or more.
It is enough to make us sweat, and the heart beats faster.
That of course depends on how fast we walk too.

    • I think walking is the best and most important exercise of human life to maintain life organs and the whole parts of human body. As the writer has written that 30 to 45 minutes walking is essential for everyone for health benefits.

There are a few main reasons why I’m so fond of walking, also known as moving frequently at a slow pace. First, it’s all-inclusive. Absent debilitating injury or infirmity, everyone can walk. No excuses

      Advantages of Walk No Exercise
      First, it’s all-inclusive
Second, the necessary equipment is right down there
Third, it’s the foundation for good health and makes life better
It keeps your buttocks engaged with the world.
      It modestly reduces body fat.
It improves glycemic control, especially after meals.
It improves triglyceride levels and lowers blood pressure, especially after meals.
It might help you live longer if you do it briskly (or at least presages a longer life, if not causes it).
It’s well tolerated by people with arthritis (and could even improve their condition).
      It’s good for your brain.
      It reduces stress.
It reduces stress even when it doesn’t.
      It boosts immune function.
It prevents falls in the elderly.
It gives you a chance to think.
It can be a kind of meditation.
      It improves meetings.
      It’s in your blood.
      t’s in your genes.
It enables recognition of the felt presence of immediate experience.

I think these are the most important benefits of walk in daily life. I have seen daily life remains free of all diseases great and small.
