why the ppl everywhere has this problem, i mean everywhere, in Middle east, Asia or Europe all the people almost have vit. D issue, though they say there is problem with the warming and so on, yet ppl have vit. problem isnt taht weird.
the normal range for vit. d is between thirty and fifty, so if you are therty or less that means you need to take more supplement to support your body, vit. D vital for all the body metabolism, its important for the bone, muscles and more.
vit. d is in many foods but it may be not easy to absorb. you need really to make test first before using it on your own as its dangerous if you took too much of it.
I met people who were affected from this vit. low level by having these problems:
dizziness, feeling down, laziness, feeling weird, getting angry easily, and have bone issues, now the most people will be not feel that they have problem with this vit. until its really at dangerous point as ppl dont know about this vit.
what to do if you have vit. d issues, the doctor will give high dose of this vit. depending on your blood work, some takes daily and some take it for 5 days then rest some days and that is because this vit build up in your body. if you feel the above issues you need to go to the doctor now, some doctor dont even offer to do the test as its kinda hidden so go and ask for it before its late and before you broke any bone or twist any muscle as that will be really hurtful and may take long time to be fine, if you are into healthy food then you can eat lots of banana and fruits with high vit d. also of course the sun the best source

A good article highlighting an important an important health issue plaguing the whole world. In India too there are many cases of vitamin D deficiency. As mentioned in the above article the age limit generally above 30 years. But even children seem to be having this problem nowadays. Deficiency of vitamin D leads to less amount of blood, brittle bones, stiff joints and lethargy along with other complications depending on the individual.
Lack of good quality nutritious food, awareness of this issue, ignorance among the common man and not much of awareness campaigns on the ground on a regular basis also lead to the building up of this problem since childhood. Early morning and evening sunlight is good for one to get vitamin D naturally. One should sit in the sun for about 15 to 20 minutes in the times mentioned to get the regular dosage of vitamin D to ones body. Using artificial lights and working in closed doors or places where artificial lighting systems exist also aggravate the problem.
It is a free vitamin in sunny countries like here in the Philippines, but in other temperate countries, there could be lack of it during winter season.
Thanks for posting about Vitamin D. I took it yesterday along with calcium and magnesium; all in one caplet as food supplement. I don't know, I still have to consult my doctor if it is safe to take it.
