Unnecessary Pressure on blood

Hello Everyone!

BP (Blood Pressure) is a serious and growing disease these days. While in older days, people used to have this disease reserved only for Senior Citizens, this is unfortunately not the case now. Today, more and more young people are suffering from this deadly disease.

Even more dangerous than this misfortune is that myths are promoted more than the actual solutions. Let us see such myths.

Scapegoating salt

Those who want high BP to be controlled often advocate straight outright ban on common edible salt. You might be wondering what is the problem with salt which result in such scapegoating?

Chemically speaking, it isn’t salt as such rather Sodium Chloride. See the reaction.

2Na + Cl2 -> 2NaCl

2 molecules of Sodium are used to produce 2 molecule of Salt. So, whatever salt you take, you are actually taking almost equal magnitude of Sodium. Salt is not the problem, Sodium is.

Sodium reacts with your blood resulting in thickening of blood vessels. This process develops into what we call blood pressure today.

What if we give Sodium give something else to react? Sodium will not react with our blood. This is what happens when we replace salt with spices.

What if we completely replace Sodium? Nothing better can happen. This is black salt.

But is salt really that bad? Well, Salt comes preloaded with self-repellent ability. You cannot eat salt beyond a limit. Rather, you will end up vomiting. Further, if you sweat, you will lose water in addition to Salt and Urea.

Doing more harm than good

Researchers are promoting some food to solve the problem and they end up suggesting taking them beyond the limits. What are these foods? They are banana, sweet potato and chocolates.

Yes, these contain potassium and definitely reduce stress. But, still we should rely on only these. Consuming these in excess could lead to diabetes which is more dangerous than high BP. Getting infected with diabetes while you are fighting BP is not a good idea.

So, the way is …

Fortunately, if you happen to be a young guy, the way out is quite simple and is a free solution. It is as simple as a plain walking.

Get up and start walking. Brisk walking for 35 minutes a day is recommended. You have to do nothing but just walk.

But what if you are a Senior Citizen suffering from a disease preventing you from brisk walking? At this condition, you need serious stress fighting measures. One such solution is: deep breathing and meditation. Doing this for 45 minutes a day is recommended.

But both these are slow ways. If you want a faster solution, then it involves costing money. Take 1 lemon and squeeze it out. Use that lemon juice and mix it in water. No more additions. Now, take it post getting up from sleep in the morning. Once you had taken it, you can continue your routine work like brushing your teeth. Lemon produces Vitamin C which ends up reducing stress. This should be taken only once a day.

If you want immediate results and you are capable enough, I recommend trying all 3 measures as stated above.
