My story of trying to conceive. About four years ago I had a miscarriage and I never fully recovered from it. I have felt alone, empty, sad. I haven’t felt normal. Something has always just been missing. Part of me felt like it was ripped apart.
Almost a year ago I got engaged to my sweetheart and he finally agreed to start a family. I am so excited. Since April of this year we have been attempting to conceive. We have had our appointments and check ups to make sure we were both healthy and capable of having children and we were advised to change our eating habits and to try to get out more. We changed our diets we even started doing excersizes together. We have had no luck. Doctors have told us it takes the average couple to conceive at least five or six months to get pregnant but we could do more to help the process. We bought an ovulation kit and we also bought a special kind of lubricant that is supposed to help sperm reach the ovaries a lot easier. We are hoping for the best.
Just for a bit of advice if you are trying to conceive you will experience erectial disfunction and sexual frustration which makes it really difficult to perform and causes occasional quarrels between you and your significant other. You just got to keep in mind that things like this take time for some people. Also, because this post is about trying to conceive any advice would be helpful. I like to think i know a great deal about a lot of things but it isnt true. I have been wanting to reach out to anyone who might be able to helo me figure out what i can do to help speed up tge process of conception
If anyone has anything they would like to share I would love to hear your experiences and your knowledge about trying to get pregnant and about being a mother. It is greatly appreciated.

l understand your pains dear, you have to calm down and monitor your cycle very well.Do not put too much pressure on yourself as that will alter your cycle. one year or thereabouts is not too long as you think. my sister waited for complete nine years and today, she is a proud mother of four children. And finally, I don't know if you believe in the power of the almighty, God's time is the best.
