true but I only sleep.
When we sleep, it has been told to us that we are supposed to sleep a certain amount of hours. We are supposed to get at least 8 hours of sleep, a day. Most of us are not able to get 8 hours of sleep. It might be because of work or having children...Most of these issues will keep you away from getting your sleep. Too much of anything is never a good thing. When you sleep too much, it is not good for your health. First of all, sometimes it can mean that you are having another health issue if you find yourself sleeping often and do not understand what is going on, physically with your body. You might want to take a visit to see your doctor.
It is not normal to over sleep your life away. The normal amount of time to sleep is and always been 8 hours. Sometimes we take prescriptions that will cause us to also sleep for a little bit longer than normally. It is necessary that we are able to take prescriptions for the necessary problems that may be ailing us at the time. Such as, going to see a Dentist to get a tooth removed....this is an example to where you are prescribed certain medication that might required of you to take and this medication will cause you to sleep. It is not ok to consume this medication while driving or not to mix with alcohol.
Therefore, sleeping a normal percentage of hours on a daily basis is necessary.
