If having runny nose, I just pour hot water to small amount of ginger onto mg and f ready to drink, I drink it and cough, goodbye.This herb has been long time ago, When my parents were still alive, they just eat raw ginger I inherited form them this habit of eating raw ginger with ripe or unripe tomatoes with sauce.
