Here are my tips on losing weight. first of all stay away process foods. refine food. anything that is loaded with
sugar and fat. eat all natural food., like grain lean meats. fruits and veggies. drinks lots water
I drink green tea every meal it keep you full longer. also but apple cider vinegar in water drink
before each. meals makes full eat less. if you like you cheap like one week but just one meal
don,t go over board for that meal.
make sure get plenty exercise every day. at least 30 minutes and you see weight slide right off.
also if like you can do weight training to build muscle. do it slowly. don,t rush it..
because muscle burn lots calories, even at rest.
don,t give up to journey eating healthy being active . you feel so great in that swim suit or new dress
don,t let people bring you down, because you know it your life not there.
you know this new you it just not changing eating habits it new life change,
that’s be with you for life. you know slide don,t punish your self we all have mishaps.
just start another day because we are not all perfect . believe in your self. and continued to life that is for
you don,t please other people so eat healthy be active is only way go. if want weight stay
off don,t back old eating habit. that’s why a lot people out there . the weight slides back on. keep your
healthy life style by walking everyday . walking cheap form fitness. anyone can do it.
