This review is going to be on a website called Timebucks.com. What is Time Bucks? Is it a scam? Or a legitimate opportunity for you to make money online? Is it really worth investing your time into a site like this? These are some of the questions that we will be focusing on in this short review.
Alright without further ado, let’s get things rolling…
TimeBucks is a Get-Paid-To site that rewards you in real cash for completing some simple tasks. Some of the tasks include taking surveys, polling, watching videos, installing mobile apps(free), playing games, taking selfies, simply doing a search, referring friends and much more.
This domain itself has been around for quite awhile. To be more specific, it was registered on the 18th of April 2014. Strangely, I only came to know that such website only exists till recently when one of my friends shared it on Facebook.
Registering an account with TimeBucks is easy. You can either sign up with Facebook or manually create an account using an email address and a password. Upon completion, TimeBucks will send you a confirmation email to your email address. You will have to verify this in order to receive payments down the road.
hese are really straight forward tasks and don’t require a long time to complete. For instance, like their Facebook Page, subscribing to their YouTube Channels, or doing a promotional video. The amount of money you can earn from this tasks varies from one another.
The harder the task, the more money you get paid. E.g. Recording a promotional video is much harder and requires more time than simply liking a Facebook Page which is why they are willing to pay you $3.
But do note that this “once off” section is actually a one-off thing. Meaning, once you completed all this, you won’t be required to do it again thus you won’t earn any more money from here.
I find Timebucks quite unique to other GPT sites because they offer more variety of tasks and some of them are really interesting. Seriously, who would have to you can get paid for taking pictures of yourself. Haha… not me!
Now that we have seen that you can actually earn some money through different tasks, the BIG question is now, are these tasks really worth your time? Can you really make a decent income out of it?
The answer is NO!
This opportunity is not worth your time. Yes, you could earn some cash but that’s about it. They keyword here is “some”.
How much? Not exactly sure but definitely less than what you imagine earning from this website.
I have taken part in other GPT sites in the past and from my experience, I can tell you that there is really not much money to be made here. It took me about 2 to 3 months to earn around $20. After I cash out that money, I didn’t bother to spend any more time on those. Because for me, I could be doing better things with that time which could earn me more money than just pennies.
Although in their homepage it says, you get paid real cash for taking selfies, growing a beard, watching videos and etc… what they failed to tell you is how much you will get paid. Real cash could also mean a $0.001 or $0.10 so don’t be too happy just yet!
