Items needed include; A blender, a bowl, bunch of banana, quantity of powdered milk, quantity of sugar, banana flavor, water ,electricity,refridgerator and rubber containers for refrigeration.
1. Buy desired quantity of Banana, Sugar, Powdered Milk, Banana Flavor and Salt .Make sure there is adequate electricity supply. This will be important during blending and refrigeration. One can choose to buy from different shapes and sizes of containers for refrigeration in the market. There are also different shapes and sizes of bowls in the market. One can buy from the lot. Buy a bowl if you do not have at home.
2. Bowl can be cleaned by washing it with soap and water. Take a clean bowl, Pluck the banana from the bunch and then remove the bark of the banana. With washed, clean hands cut the banana into pieces and drop them into the bowl. Add desired quantity of powdered milk into the bowl containing pieces of banana.
3. Add desired quantity of Sugar, banana flavor and three level spoons of salt. Pour the contents into a blender. Add little quantity of water if desired .Blend until the contents turns creamy. Pour the contents from the blender into small plastic containers and refrigerate. Be checking at intervals of thirty minutes to see when the fridge contents become ice cold. You can taste it yourself .You can serve to the family, friends and neighbors.

Actually, it is indeed better for us homemade foods and that includes ice cream. But good if you are just a stay at home mom, because you have your own time. Not when one has a full time job like me, where Saturdays and Sundays will be for cleaning or visiting parents or any family activity.
Thus, for mom like us buying ice cream would be convenient. ha ha ha
I must admit, your style of making this homemade ice cream, is easy. I might do this when summer comes , in a month's time. wink , wink

Actually, you can do it this way... put a banana in the freezer. When it is frozen, take it out, let it sit a little, then peel it, crush it with a fork, then beat it by hand, and put it back in the freezer. Diabetics can eat it.
