Use of Tablet- Is it risky?

Dear writer friends I’m absolutely confused whether I should use my tablet or gift it to someone with whom I am not on so friendly terms. You know they say use of tablet is harmful si if I gift a tablet to someone that will be a bad gift.

Let me explain, I haven’t used my tablet since yesterday ever since I read use of tablets is 3 to 5 times more harmful than working on laptops or personal computers as it causes you headache or pain in the neck. I am otherwise also not happy with my 7” Dell brand tablet with 1 GB RAM.

I generally use my tablet during my office hours. Yes, I work part time for two hours in a private company) or during traveling. The research says I should use the tablet keeping in front in place of keeping it in my lap. Now, if I could do that I would have used my official computer instead of logging into my private online activities through my tablet during office hours, (so I must use it keeping in my lap).

Let me give you the survey report and health hazards caused by use of tablets-

60 degree angle will put 27 kg pressure on your neck

45 degree angle will put 22 kg pressure on your neck

30 degree angle will put 18 kg pressure on your neck

15 degree angle will put 12 kg pressure on your neck

No tablet will keep your neck stress-free

So, what do you suggest guys, should I continue using my tablet during working hours? You know we are not allowed to use official internet for my personal earning sites. Therefore it is not possible to keep my tablet on the table and invite a pink rose bud along with a good bye cheque from my boss.
