These Are Following Foods That Fight Your Arthritis

Arthritis is universal problem. It is a sickness that attacks nerves and if you are sick of this you feel your bones affected with so much injury, and such injury is so painful that it is hard for you to walk. Actually, it is your nerves that are attacked by arthritis.  The pain is so severe that you cannot walk and you are restless if this happens to you. There are many factors that lead you to be sick of arthritis. One factor is hereditary. If you have a family history of arthritis, it could be avoided if you won’t abuse yourself. Never eat foods that gradually ruin your body system.

According to the doctors’ point – of-view and definition of arthritis, they defined arthritis as a form of rheumatic disease. It is characterized by inflammations and loss of function in some parts of the body. Rheumatic arthritis is another form of arthritis that attacks the lining joints, causing pain, stiffness, swelling and loss of activity or function. What we notice this time, there are so many victims of arthritis. It should be better to take supplementary foods and eat the right foods to supply the body with preventive attacks of arthritis.

Foods we take are the prime factors that prevent our body system leading it to have its stronger immune system. I have a friend, she went to China, at that tour, there was an outbreak of SARS, but my friend has no knowledge that time about SARS. She went to China to teach. She was met by a friend when she arrived Beijing airport. There were two of them who met her unknowing that the guy friend of her friend had SARS that time. When they were inside the car of her friend  the guy told them that he has headache and he was so hot. The guy never knew that he was contaminated with SARS virus. The next day, she learned that the guy died and her lady friend also died due to SARS. She was so terrified of course she was among them inside the car.

She was interviewed three days after she was placed inside seemed like an incubator, but she was SARS free after 3 days. She was asked about how she managed to escape that deadly virus. Her only reason was she only eats fruits and vegetables like cauliflower, broccoli, apples, celery, moringa, apples, melon, and other local fruits in Philippines. She never eats rice. She drinks small coffee and milk. Plus, she went to the doctor first before leaving the country. She was vaccinated, that might be another reason of her immune system fighter of a deadly disease.

Well, in my case, I eat all kinds of vegetables. Every meal I have and fortunately, I never feel any pain of my joints called arthritis, LOL.

These are the following foods that recommended for you to eat to help your body fight against arthritis. These foods are so reachable in our super markets.

  1. Omega-3 Fats. Sources are the following: meat, corn, snack foods, and sunflower oil. They are rich of fatty acids that may prevent inflammation in the body and reduce symptoms associated with arthritis.
  2. Broccoli. This veggie protects your body against the development of arthritis. It is also required of you to include cauliflower, cabbage, Brussels sprouts, kale, and bok choy to your regular diet.
  3. Vitamin D. This vitamin would help you lower the risk of developing rheumatoid arthritis. Sources are from the following: oily fish, few foods that naturally contain vitamin D like dairy products and bread. The best source is also from sunshine, you must also have your few hours daily walk under early morning sunshine.
  4. Olive oil. This oil is anti-inflammatory .It is attributed to oleic acid omega-3 fatty acids.
  5. Ginger. Ginger has many purposes. It could also treat colds, nausea, migraines, and hypertension .It is anti oxidant and inflammatory. You must also refer this to your doctor if this is applicable to you.
  6. Vitamin C. This helps prevents you to get rheumatoid arthritis. Vitamin C prevents the development of a rheumatoid arthritis.
  7. Anthocyanins. They are antioxidants and responsible for the reddish pigments foods like cherries, black cherries, raspberries, strawberries, grapes and eggplants. These foods also help prevent cardio vascular disease.
  8. Beta – Cryptoxanthin. This is a very powerful anti oxidant of the carotenoid family together with its sister beta carotene, a nutrient found in carrots. Those who always eat this will get extra protection against arthritis. These foods contain beta carotene: sweet pepper, squash, pumpkin, papaya. tangerine, collard greens, and apricots.

Let us always bear in mind that health is wealth.

    • Let us always eat the right foods. There are foods that derived from vegetable and not so expensive.Eat only foods accordingly.Never over eat for the body will complain.The foods that are introduced here are not hard to find. You may eat them at interval. It is wise of us to follow the golden rules of life so hat there is no problems of our body.Our body is so sensitive tat just a drop of toxic food, our entire body system seems to feel down.

    • Wow this topic was very useful. I've been having bone problems since I was a little girl and I was diagnosed with knee Patel syndrome. They twist and come out of place all the time which is one reason why I work from home. My arthritis be unbearable sometimes. I've learnt a few things reading this article. I knew it was good and important to have a good dieting with the foods you eat but I did not know bout some of there berries. Thanks
