The silence is much more important than we think.

Each of us is constantly surrounded by a variety of sounds. We are adapted to them that acoustic contamination we are considering as natural, we do not pay attention to the noise of the crowd, cars, music, and running in the background.

And still it is needed to be as often as possible pampered by the silence.

Silence stimulates the brain cell regeneration.

The studies when were measured the different sound intensities, two hours per day of silence promote the formation of new cells in the brain. This area of the brain is responsible for the learning, emotions and memory.

Silence makes us more creative.

Even when we rest, the brain is still active. In the state of the tranquility, our brain process and assimilate received information.  If the process is successful, without wandering because of the noise and other interference, activates the regime relating to the integration of emotions and memories, reveals fantasy, imagination, opens snoozed talents. As a result after woke up the in silence, we become more creative and more open to the world.

Silence relieves stress and tension.

It was found that the constant noise negatively affects the brain, and that increases the stress hormone levels. Silence on the contrary, makes completely opposite effect. The absence of acoustic irritants relieves the tension of the brain and body. Based on blood pressure and blood circulation indicators in the brain, the researchers concluded that the two minutes of silence are more effective than listening to the quit music.

Silence restores our mental resources.

Noise hampers the quality to perform tasks at work and studies; it can become an obstacle of the motivation and attentiveness, to multiply the number of mistakes. Studies have found that children who live or study near the roads and streets, get worse grades for reading and language learning than those who live in quieter areas. There is also a pleasant fact: our brain is able to restore what has been damaged by the excessive noise. The most important drug is the silence.

Silence is a value that little who uses it.

The silence as a value, use certainly not much people of all the people living on our planet. Because the noise rules the world, regardless of where we should go, everywhere is noise. Nowadays there is noise everywhere around us. It seems to me the there is no longer such a thing as quietly doing something in the family pedagogy. The less silence, the more we are splashed out, in other words, the soul goes the other way then should go. I need a silence for the inner friendship, inner fellowship.

The noise emitted by the internet, television, radio, is like the same village gossip, preventing the person to assess the silence and enjoy what he is doing. But there is no better brawler than a human being. All your daily thoughts, even seemingly completely innocent things that always murmurs in your head and from which in general you cannot escape anywhere – it’s also the noise, inner noise. Sometimes it seems that most important silence is the inner silence.
