Taj Mahal witnessed two Royal visitors last year first it was Sultanah Haminah Hamidun, the current Raja Permaisuri Agong, or in simple words Queen of Malaysia and then British Prince William and his wife Kate Middleton. The British pair sat on the same bench in Taj premises where Princess Dina the mother of Prince William sat once. (I had taken the photos of both of them but not submitting here)
No one felt surprised when Prince exclaimed, “Lovely Taj, it is beautiful” because it’s one of the most common expression of visitors to this lovely monument from all parts of the world.When someone told Prince William that his mother was visited Taj and stayed here for sometime the Indian government had given the name “Diana Bench” to that particular bench William became sentimental and set there for some time with his wife.
The pair posed for photographers later the guide especially provided to royal couple gave them details about his mother. The couple spent almost an hour before leaving for their hotel. Almost every tourist to India goes to Visit Taj Mahal one of the most famous buildings in the world example of Mughal art built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in the memory of her beloved wife. Taj Mahal an ivory-white marble is tomb of his wife on the bank of River Yamuna in Agra a city about 180 km away from Delhi the Indian capital.
Every visitor including politicians, Presidents, Prime Ministers or members of royal families go to watch Taj Mahal the one and only building anywhere in the world as memorial of love and as they say “If you have a heart that beats for your love or you trust in love than you should come to Taj Mahal and see what is true love”.
Incidentally, Queen of Malaysia or Prince William with his wife were here yesterday but not the Royal Visitors to Taj Mahal but everyone that comes to India for personal or official visit makes it a point to go to Taj Mahal.
