After Paris it was Brussels that saw blasts and now Britain experienced similar attacks. What next? It’s not a simple question but my genuine concern about the increasing threat coming from particular section of the society. The terror groups are doing their best to misguide immature brains.
The attack on a metro station and Brussels’ airport were clear indication of increasing terror attacks on western world especially the Europe. I am more concerned as an Indian plane had just landed on Brussels’ airport and hundreds of Indians were within the sticking distance of that fatal blast that left many dead and hundreds injured.
Why the terror groups selected to attack Brussels is not a secret as the main conspirator of Paris attack was under the process in the capital of Belgium beside Brussels is the headquarters of European Union. There is another possibility behind this attack that Brussels will host the next European Union Meet on 30 March 23, 2016 and our Prime Minister is one of the participants.
However, the current activities carried out by different terror groups in Europe have a very clear message that the center of terror has been shifted to Europe especially after the asylum seekers from Syria have flocked the European countries. There is another important factor surfaced after yesterday’s suicidal attack that Western Asia’s war will affect Europe in a more intensified way and perhaps will disturb the life of peace loving people.
If there is a worrying factor behind these continued terror attacks in Europe and that is a terrifying fact that after the end of world War-2 Europe has been the most peaceful continent. Therefore, they cannot stay neutral any more but will have to keep in their mind that there is no alternative but Europe will have to fight against terrorism. The time has come when they will have to decide their future strategies without further delay.
