We all love music and it is one thing that we can’t be living without. The type of music differs from region to region and person to person across the world. Music always does wonders for our body and mind. It has the power to make us happy and jumping or to feel sad and crying. Besides the variety, it has some amazing benefits for us both physically and mentally. So, let’s look at some of the benefits that music has.

Music boosts your running speed

If you are a jogger, then you would have definitely come across this experience. When you run with your headphones on with a motivational/ inspirational music or songs you would have run faster even you would have taken an extra round. The same when you run without your songs you would have run slower and also felt tired. This is proven scientifically.

Music makes you happier

Listening to good music releases dopamine which is the happy hormone. This relieves the stress hormones fight against it and keeps you happy and stress-free throughout the day.

Music makes you sleep better

It is proven that listening to soft music will make you sleep better. Even it will make you go to a deep sleep thus preventing sleep disorders like insomnia, sleep walking, night terror and other sleep problems.
