Talk About Health And food

Today in this article i will talk about health before i begin i would like to mention the importance of health.Well Almight God has created this earth for us to live in for a period of time.This universe is so beautiful.and the Creation of God is also beautiful.But how we enjoy in this world if we are also good and healthy than all the world looks beautiful and we enjoy because when we are healthy than we are more active and can enjoy each and every part of our life.In this i just discussed some of the points per my knowledge.I hope it will be helpful for you.

 

Health

1.Principle of healthy dieting:

1.To be able to define a healthy diet.

2. we have to be aware of the factor that influence the nutritional of a healthy diet.

3.i will describe the balance diet for good health.

1st we want to know what is healthy Eating:

A diet which all  the nutrients which person need to function in a proper accurate quantities.This will make you  healthy and will promote good health.

carbohydrate  2 Fruit and vegetables 3. Proteen 4.  Dairy Products(Milk,butter,Cream,Cheese Etc)

Fat 6.Water 7 . Water.

We eat food which is full of Nutrients.and mostly food has mixture of Nutrients .and if you have healthy diet it will provide you proportion of nutrients.

 

2.Carbohydrate :

Carbohydrate which includes : pasta,rice potato,cereals,whole meal and wholegrain,varieties to increase fiber.It will improve healthy bowl movement. Limit fat added during fat added.

Protein: It includes meat.fish,eggs,nuts,pulses.Protein is important for body growth and repair of our body.They are the body building blocks.Normally people take twice and depend on their requirement for body building specially.

Fruits: Fruits are very important for our body like banana,Apple,Orange,etc.

now what you need to do to stay healthy:

Enjoy your food and eat verity of foods

Eat more fiber

Try to eat more fruits and fresh vegetables.

Eat less fat

Use less sugar

Don’t use alcohol and don’t smoke or any other drugs.

Keep to a healthy weight.

On top of all this regular exercises are also very important for healthy life. makeup early in the morning and

go out for walk it is very important than comeback have your breakfast .eat balance diet and try to include vegetables as much as possible in your daily food.

    • Eating healthy is very important for our daily living when we ignore what we eat them we are in big problems. We will be bringing sickness into our bodies. Forms I always try to make it a habit to eat healthy and I try to include all the nutrients. Sometimes it's hard to do that given that with this crazy schedules we have sometimes it's hard to take th3 time to prepare a meal that has all the nutrients. So since so.done comes home late they would opt to just buy ready made food in restaurants or someone decides to prepare a snack and they are good to go.

    • As heart and soul are part and parcel just like health and food both are essential and walk side by side in live till death from the cradle. From fruits we get mineral and from vegetables we get vitamins. Dry fruits and fruits both are full of minerals because human body cannot produce minerals but just produce vitamins with the help of life organs.

      The nutrients in food enable the cells in our bodies to perform their necessary functions. This quote from a popular textbook describes how the nutrients in food are essential for our physical functioning.

      "Nutrients are the nourishing substances in food that are essential for the growth, development and maintenance of body functions. Essential meaning that if a nutrient is not present, aspects of function and therefore human health decline.

      When nutrient intake does not regularly meet the nutrient needs dictated by the cell activity, the metabolic processes slow down or even stop.

      As a society we are facing significant health problems.

      The United States ranks ninth in life expectancy among nations in the developed world.
      We have a workforce plagued with absenteeism and reduced productivity because of chronic health problems, including depression.
      78 percent of healthcare expenditures are for the treatment of chronic disease.
      Many researchers now believe that these problems are partly related to diet. While they used to believe that diseases-such as type II diabetes, obesity, heart disease, stroke, and certain cancers - were caused by a single gene mutation, they are now generally attributing these conditions to a network of biological dysfunction. And the food we eat is an important factor in that dysfunction, in part because our diets lack the necessary balance of nutrients (Proceedings of the Nutrition Society, 2004).

      To prevent the onset of these diseases, we need to know how multiple nutrients in a diet interact and affect the human body's functions, according to the Nutrition Society, Europe's largest nutritional organization.
