Everyone has talent and everyone should allow their talents to shine. Each person was given a skill. Something that makes each one of us shine. Some become quite fearful when it comes to allowing their talents to blossom. Once fear is removed one can “prosper.” One of the reasons why some are afraid to allow their talents to shine is because of the critics.
Not everyone likes to be criticized. Honestly who likes being criticized? In order to grow one must be willing to put themselves out there. Yes, it can be scary at first, but staying behind the scenes can be costly. If one refuses to stand out then they’ll be way behind and anyone who wants to “elevate” can not afford to stay behind the scenes.
Too many people have missed out on “opportunities” because of fear. Fear hinders and although everyone has been afraid of something and still are. At some point the bravery made its way in. Having the courage to “shine” is always easy but in order to advance pushing ourselves will have to occur. Some need that extra push and some just naturally illuminate.
One can develop the confidence that’s needed to shine. The best way to develop such confidence is the change the mindset. Think and believe that it can be done and that’s just what will happen. If we’re not encouraging ourselves then we’re not ‘making progress.” Sometimes we’re the only ones who will encourage so we must remain optimistic and realistic. Telling ourselves again and again that we’re capable helps. Even when others are screaming that we’re not capable of doing something. It’s better to prove those individuals wrong.
One has to start somewhere and staying behind the scenes just won’t do. The best time to step out front if anytime. Once a person decides to live their dreams. That’s the perfect time. If not then someone else will take the shine. No one’s talents should go to waste. Listening to motivational recordings and watching videos can help achieve the confidence needed to get out there and shine.

Every individual have its own unique talents. I don't believe that we have the same uniqueness. God never created a human being with the same talents. We may have the same passion and interest but not to have the same talents.
Some people have its hidden talents. They tend to keep it by themselves because of being nibbled by others. It is the common situation wherein the people never come out from their comfort zone because of bullying matters. It is one of the factors that should be controlled.
Others would never want to share their talent because afraid that people will say bad things to them. In fact, the people who scrutinized them are insecure. That's the real reason. However, we still need to let others encourage them to show their innate talents.
Talent is what differentiates one from another. Everyone is created with his/her own unique talent. It is your talent that make you in life.
When one develops his/her talent, new things begin to come in. It is an error for one to hide his talent because the early to display it the better you become what you want to be. Our talents is our pride.

We all have gifts from God. He gave them to us for a reason. To not use them for good is to insult our Creator. It's an act of irreverence.
I usually missed many opportunities because of my shyness. They say my voice is good but I dont have the guts to join contests mainly because I am ah introvert. Just the thought of me performing in fsont of many people makes me tremble and nervous. I really want to showcase my talent too but shyness îs taking over me. :(
Just having talents is not good enough. My husband never used his talent as a baritone range singer. Most introverts never use their talents.
