Do you know that Sagittarius loves mangoes?
Do not be surprised to find a mango tree in the garden!
My neighbor had a mango tree for years,
bearing lots of ripe mangoes.
He was a kind middle age man, that often
shared his ripe mangoes with neighbors.
If you are lucky, your Sagittarius spouse or child
might ask you for mango sweet dessert often
than usual!
Mango pudding is one of my kids and my
favorite sweet dessert which is cold and
satisfying.
It is one of our comfort food and a “once in a
blue moon” treats that makes us very
delighted while savoring this Mango Pudding,
especially with freshly cut mango and store
bought mango juice with crushed ice-cubes.
Pudding is a sweet dessert food that comes in
many forms, using different ingredients.
The word pudding was believed to have
originated from the word “boudin”- a French
language.
Pudding inner texture is usually creamy, semi
hard alike frozen jelly and rich in flavor.
Most pudding is made from milk sweetener,
mixed with beaten eggs and gelatin.
– Store bought mango pudding in cups
–Handmade mango pudding
Buy mini ready-to-eat-mango pudding.
However, I prefer to make a quick dessert since
making pudding requires time to prepare and
freezing time which takes a few hours to a day.
I bought a tray of mango puddings that come
in individual plastic cups.
Unmould them, pour them into a large salad
bowl and cut them into cubes if your child
prefers.
As for the mangoes, fresh mangoes are the
best.
Bought from the wet market rather than the
supermarket because the unripe mangoes are
not suitable for sweet pudding .
Raw unripe mangoes are sour and the strands
of fibres are still visible.
Sweet mangoes are usually dark yellowish in
color and you can smell the sweetness by
holding the ripe mangoes.
Peel the skin of the mangoes. Slice thickly and
cut into cubes.
As for the mango juice, you can either blend
fresh mangoes ( but it will take up a lot of fresh
mangoes).
I bought a bottle of mango juice without sugar.
Choose those branded mango juice, that
gives the “original” thick and juicy mango
flavor.
Not blended with glucose or sugar.
5 Mango puddings ( ready made)-cut into
cubes
3-4 fresh ripe mangoes-peeled and cut into
cubes
1 Litre of mango juice ( store bought)
Some crushed ice cubes
1) Buy ready-made mango pudding in cups.
2) Unmould them into a large salad bowl.
3) Cut the pudding into large cubes
4) Peeled fresh ripe mangoes.
5) Slice the thick flesh of the mangoes, then cut
into cubes.
6) Toss them into the salad bowl.
7) Next shake the mango juice bottle before
pouring it into the salad bowl.
8) Mix well.
9) Toss in some crushed ice cubes to chill the
mango pudding.
10) Serve individual small bowl with some
mango cubes, mango pudding and juice.
Top with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream for a
special treat.
Mango pudding is an ideal dessert recipe for
parties and tea-time break when the weather
is hot.

That sounds so delicious with that mango pudding. When season of mango come, so many mango being rotten and people don't even dare to look ways to have it preserved or cook for things that can be used for future use.
You are right. I am a Sagittarian and love mangoes. Whatever the type is, I simply like all of them. The pudding you had mentioned seems so delicious. I wish to have a taste of it. Actually, it is also my first time to hear it. I also wanted to try mango pie.
This post is very interesting. The pudding you have written about has to be tried comfortably with patience at convenient time. Of course, I am having patience in rich quantity. It is only the time I need.
The pudding you have mentioned is somewhat similar to 'MANGO TANDRA'. The difference is that it looks like small thick layers instead of juice or jelly.
I like mangoes very much. I remembered the days when I ate number of mangoes and suffered from severe stomach pain. The only medicine the Doctor suggested me was to take them out by vomiting. He gave injection and brought the whole stuff out.
In India this is called KING OF FRUITS. Here many people prefer it along with sweet curd. After the meals people mix the juice of Mango in their curd rice and eat it. They enjoy it. This is the only way of eating I avoid.
Wow sounds so so nice.
You are right. I am a Sagittarius and love mangoes since my childhood and even I am an old man but I still eat mango pudding made by my friend's mom for me.
Mango pudding is a popular dim sum dessert. Stephen Wong writes: "This simple dessert captures the glorious flavor of mango like no other. Its texture is silky rich, and its flavor, simply wonderful. Fresh cream is called for in the original recipe, but evaporated milk gives it the same richness without the fat."
