If one expects to be apart of growth then they should surround themselves with like minded people. Those who hold the same or similar interests. If one is a visionary then it’s best that “visionaries are apart of their circle. Those who hold similar interests will be more understanding and will most likely work together.
In order to elevate one has to elevate the mind and communicate with those who are on the same page. For those who are not those individuals may not be apart of the process unless their willing to adjust to what’s taking place. No one can grow if their mindsets are ready. In order to advance one has to believe the advancement is possible. It doesn’t matter how many people try to hinder advancement. It’s up to that individual whether the advancement will take place.
Advancing doesn’t necessarily mean becoming wealthy. Some view any type of advancing includes having lots of money. Those who are successful when it comes to income will perceive that their the only one successful. Not true. Success comes in many forms. If one has made their way to another level in life then they’re apart of “success.” Those who have little income shouldn’t feel bad because it may not be they’re turn to have a certain lifestyle. As long as they’re happy with their lives. The “prosperity” will come at the right time.
In the meantime people should surround themselves with those who believe that growing will create better living not only for themselves but for others as well. Too many people forfeit their dreams because they’ve been surrounded with the wrong people for too long. Sometimes people are sent in our lives to help with our growth. If we didn’t face challenges then they’re probably wouldn’t be any growth.
It may take some time for a visionary to reach a place where they’re feel complete comfort but until that time. The visionary should continue to move forward in their journey. Yes, anytime one is trying to advance in some way, there will be those who disagree and aren’t satisfied with a persons “purpose.” After awhile their realize that purpose can not be disconnected. For our purpose is ordained by the Living God. So many may not understand what that really means. Not everyone is equipped to walk a journey with another. So many will have to be left behind because they’re not prepared to walk such a difficult path.
It’s better to walk with those who believe in elevation. For those who are in the way. They’re the ones that will be left behind. No one should feel bad about leaving others behind. Not everyone will grow at the same pace and not everyone will understand exactly what the vision is. Sometimes it’s best to stay grounded with those who are in constantly action. Those who understand the vision and are headed in the same direction. If not then one will end up being without their vision or visions. There’s a reason for the hardships that will come along with a journey.
Not everyone will want to see a visionary prosper but hat’s alright. God’s plan can not be removed and no matter how many people try to create a disconnect. They’re unable to do so because of what has been assigned to the individual or individuals involved. With their efforts they’re unable to understand why a person keeps getting back up. It’s because they’ve been ordained to complete a certain task or tasks and no can eliminate those duties.

It is quality and not quantity that is important when it comes to having people around us. If you look at FB accounts there you will find some with countless friends but they are not friend but just a number.
he most important aspect of connecting with other businesses is the element of positivity; it is far easier to be dragged down by someone’s discouragement or apathy than it is for you to raise them up to your level, so try to cut off or ignore any negative influences. There are some who try to build things and there are others to try to tear them down: don’t let those telling you something cannot be done stop you from doing it.
Enthusiasm is contagious, and being around other businesses with the same high levels of drive and ambition that you strive towards can only increase your motivation and inspire a little healthy competition; a company doesn’t have to be in the same sector or industry as you to be like-minded, they just need to have a similar attitude. If you’re a start-up business, it’s no bad thing to associate with other start-ups and SME’s, but what are their goals for the future?
Are their aims simply to run a successful local business? If you’re dreaming on a bigger scale than that, don’t be afraid to communicate with companies bigger than yours and receive invaluable advice on how they got to where they are.
Inspiration isn’t just a one way street, either. Eventually, when you are experiencing success and having your ideas heard, you can start to influence others and allow them to discuss their goals, too. Encouraging someone and giving them great advice now could reap plenty of rewards in the future. Building a network of support, for you and others, means you have a source of support and innovation as well as a place to shout about your company’s accomplishments.
