supplements of fibers to take or no

Do you have constipation problem? If yes, then you need to take more fibers to solve your problem

Having constipation is really annoying. My friend due to her busy life, forget to drink water

Add to this not eating healthy, lead to constipation.

She tried Dextrin and inulin separately, soluble its powder and phamacesti asked her to you 2 tsp daily

Put it in a cup, add 150 ml of hot water and stir the cup. Drink it morning and night

And in between drink 1.5 liter of water

I have to say it did nothing to here, she still had constipation and had to go to the doctor after using the fiber for about 6 days, and tolerating the bad taste, it also cost her about 15 dollars

However, the doctor gave her some liquid to drink and that needed only 30 minutes and made her go to the toilet, won’t advise any body to consume it on a daily basis. Once your constipation problem

Use it before checking with the doctor. The doctor warned her to use it wisely and not daily because it may weaken her, since its kinda like diuretic

Dextrin and inulin, Nutrition supplement but did not work for my friend and it has lots of calories too. And not cheap as well

You need to eat healthy food full of fibers and do some work out to be healthy and to have this bad issues

Drink lots of water in summer also is the key to help with this issue too

You need to drink at least 1.5 pure water add to it the tea and juice and food water

of course these solution so healthy person, constipation can be also to some medical issues  , so not take it easy and say its only constipation, sometimes the body system or enzymes needs to be checked

    • Constipation is a frustrating problem but instead of medicines, we can treat it in a natural way. I too had this problem when I was young. I was given some medicines temporarily and advised yo take a lot of fiber-rich foods instead of tablets and syrups. These are the foods that I am advised to take- oranges, banana stem, nuts and other fiber rich foods.

      I hope your friend is now feeling better. I hope she is better now. We can avoid constipation by drinking lot of water, fresh juices, and fiber rich foods. This problem prevails more during winter as we will not drink enough water as we will not feel that much thirsty compared to the winter season.
      Medicines are good but depending only on that will not help. If he includes taking vegetables and fruits regularly in our diet we don't have to worry about and diseases. Thanks for sharing. :)
